I'm still in purgatory - my WT is in production since the 19th - can't ford update data in 5 days - it only takes a day to build the darn thing - ford chat says there is no chip / delay issue - so why the five days? no one has that answer so what good is ford chat

Just check with Ford Chat still on chip hold since 12/13. Ford is closed for 2 weeks Christmas vacation, probably won't see any movement until after 1/9/23... bummer

Did you ever check to see if modules populated, or a tear tag?

Yes both are populated. Chat told me it built just on chip hold

Just got off the phone with C/S and she was able to take a little deeper look into my vehicle location. No chip hold and ready for release.
The truck was scheduled to ship between the 18th and 20 December, however for some reason or another it did not ship and it’s still sitting at MAP.
But Fords system still not updated since the 16th of December…

Mine was built on the 15th. Still nothing.

Let’s all be patient and positive. It’s the holidays. Every worker mentally checks out from now until New Year’s. I guess the dude that updates the status took off a week earlier.

I'm also in the same boat with a blend date of 12/12, and production date of 12/14

Got the Bronco home, and braved the blizzard for a quick trip to mom's, but it's been sitting since. Not chancing it in the blizzard. I trust the bronco and myself, but not others. This thing really has performed amazing so far. Can't wait to really give it a go.

I'm on day 6 and still nothing. My Bronco had a blend date of 12/15. It's been confirmed that the vehicle has been built. But other than that no "Built" status or "shipping" status. Ford CS and Chat have no updates either. So sad.

That's not too much snow. I just arrived in Ontario. Same thing not much snow
