12/12/2022 build week with spreadsheet

Blend was 12/12. Delivery was suppose to be 12/20 So they were right on.

Yeah I just spoke to a Ford Customer Service rep on the phone and she gave me the same date. I told her that sounds highly unlikely and then the switched her answer to "it could possibly come a week after". She also said if I don't receive any updates January 1st to give them a call back. But they are well aware that email/updates get sent out late.

That wouldn’t make sense for yours to arrive before mine, when they are coming to the same area and likely left the same day. I think they probably just throw darts at the calendar and pick a date to tell people at this point.

I went ahead and reached out to my dealer (Bob Tomes in McKinney) just now to see if they can provide any additional information on my current status. I'm in the same boat --- no email and tracker status still on "In Production" yet I've been told (via chat) it's built and given an ETA date. We'll see.

Dealer just got back to me. There's a "primary" and a "secondary" build status.
The tracker is apparently just showing us the primary status. My primary status is "In Production", but my secondary status is "Produced" which is what Ford Chat gave me yesterday as my current status.
My Bronco has not shipped yet. The dealer's system is telling them an ETA of 12/26/2022 - 1/1/2023, which they said couldn't possibly be accurate as it hasn't actually shipped. They said the 1/4/2023 - 1/10/2023 date range Ford Chat gave me seems like a very good estimate, though. They're going to keep me in the loop on shipping info as it becomes available.

this completely concurs what I heard today from Sharon in the Ford customer service department. She gave me the same dates for delivery and I told her it’s impossible,
so those dates must be the default dates when they don’t have actual dates to put into the system.

Exactly what I said. Then they wanted to change their answer and say it will most likely be here a week or 2 after those dates. What a mess.

So the ETA we are given is the date the next UPDATE is expected. It's a poorly worded thing. but it's not the actual ETA. IT's why it can be in production still and they will give you an ETA a week later.

Spoke with my dealer today (Denton, TX) and as of 6:15 am this morning, my Bronco had passed through the Chicago rail station. Estimated delivery date is 1/2-1/8. I think those in the Houston area might be on the same rail as me since your dates are just after... I'll keep you all posted on if & when mine arrives!

Well I'm still in purgatory - the tracker shows it's still in production (12-19-22) no updates, not built, not shipped - I guess it's lost in space - Got the modules on 12-19 and Tear Tag on 12-20 in the AM - just can't believe thing move so slow
