Still no update from Ford on any railcar tracking information in regards to my supposedly "Shipped" build (since 12/3). Not sure what to be more nervous about, it possibly still sitting in Michigan or that it was never scanned into it's railcar and is in the ether. Ford chat still keeps informing of a 12/19-25 delivery time frame with of course the ability for that date to change.
I'm curious how the "Shipped" status is triggered. Is it just going from the Michigan Assembly Plant to it's local Michigan rail yard. Or is it when it's actually scanned onto it's rail car and on it's way. We may never know....

Crickets ever since...
It seams they trigger the Shipped status when they release it to the carrier. Doesn't mean it has actually moved.

Pretty sure we were on the same train. My dealer is in Concord, NH. They said it's "in the hands of the carrier" and won't give me an ETD. I'm following you to see when you get yours!!

Yup. That's my thought as well.
Today was the 4th time I've tried chat to get rail car information since I received the shipped email on 12/5. The still can't provide it to me and as far as they can tell the current location of my Bronco is MAP. Nothing has changed in 2 weeks, but the ETA remains exactly the same as - 12/22 - 12/28. My dealer has always been useless in trying to figure out where it is or when it is most likely to arrive. Utter shit show from beginning to end.

Lots of sames today. Built since 11/30. Still in awaiting shipment status. Now in my estimated delivery window until the end of the week.. don’t even know what to think.
I talked to my dealer and they said they unless the battery dies they should be able to know where it sits with VINVIEW. He said they have had a (very) few just show up at the dealership but they all had dead batteries.

My blend date was 11/28 and built on 11/30. Im going through Autofair Ford in Manchester NH. I have been receiving emails from Ford but often delayed. I called Ford last week and again this morning and they said it was offloaded from train to a lot in East Brookfield MA 12/11 waiting to be shipped via truck to dealer about 90 minutes away. ETA was last week then bumped to 12/18-24. They have no other info.
We are possibly waiting for a truck to fill up and head up to local NH dealers?
Hopefully its soon.

I get some of the wildest responses from Ford Chats honestly haha. Called them up to check on my delivery window.
Just wanted to check on my order since I’m now in my delivery window and I haven’t heard any updates whether it’s delayed or not.

Oh okay and it’s shown recently as at the plant?
“That location status was as of 11/30”
So have you seen it possible that it goes straight from that status to delivered?
“I personally have not seen that no”
So I shouldn’t expect to see it this week?

My head honestly hurts every time I hang up the phone. How do you not update the location of a vehicle after 2 weeks. It’s literally MIA. A 5,000 pound package MIA. Even if it was still at the plant, ping the location? Why is that not a thing? I just want clarity. As you all can tell my attempt at meditation this week is going smashingly.

I've called CSX everyday, but no movement, other than being told it's a daily delay to final destination in Twinoaks PA.
