12/2 blend and was put on chip hold. Moved to built 12/11 and moved to shipped 12/17. Was able to get rail car number from chat yesterday also. Do have lux package.

Weird... 12/2 blend, 12/3 built, then it just said shipped. Nothing about a chip hold, but I have a Lux as well. MY sales rep told me it sat for a day or two waiting to get moved by carrier to the rail yard, now its either waiting at the yard or just have not been updated waiting to get on a train? I mean it says shipped, but They will not give me a rail car or any other info, they tell me to call the dealer. I sold my mini- so I can have a down payment and not be tethered. I hope it comes quick.....

Nothing seems to be consistent other than the inconsistency. I think I just got lucky with chat. The rep provided rail car number without me asking. Others have said that the rail car number will be listed on the updated DORA you can get from the dealer or the dealer should be able to track using Vinview if they're using the new platform. Some have gotten rail car # through chat while others from calling in. Hoping for us all that they come quick!

How did you track it?

Call 18777447279, and hit option, then option 1 and then option 3. Say you want car location and then say your railcar number.

Still nothing folks. Been in built status since 12/7. Dealer called Friday and sent me a screenshot of OTD. Looks like they're honoring price protection as a rebate and only add on will be the window tint which is, in my opinion, necessary in AZ. Still saying I'll get it by EOY but I continue my scepticism.

I finally got a rail car number this morning. I assume that means it's on the move. Delivery date estimate is still 12/19-12/25. Probably not going to happen.

Did it "ship" or did it ship? For example, I got a shipping email on 12/5 but only today did I actually get a rail car number. According to CSX it only left Wayne, MI on 12/17. So until you have a rail car number, it probably hasn't been picked up by the shipper. This has been a common occurrence.

So blend was 11/28, and I know it made it to it's final train stop on 12/9. Dealership said it would be on their lot on 12/13. Still not there. All they can tell me is that "it's in the hands of the carrier" and cannot provide any other info. I'm losin' my marbles over here.
