I think that 2 week shutdown is just for the Ford plant right? So if our bronco is shipped before then, then we have nothing to worry about. That's just my guess. And from what I've heard Shipping has picked up. The waiting time isn't as bad currently. Still a wait tho.My dealer's General Sales Manager waited 2 1/2 months for his Bronco to move from "Released" to delivered. And we're only 2 hrs from MAP. You would literally need to make only 4 deliberate turns to get from MAP to the dealership. Not even joking.
While I still hope to have mine by Christmas, I am very aware that is almost a pipe dream.
@JackTripper Check out the below thread. 53 pages of people "stuck" at the "In Transit" stage. No one can give you a dead set accurate estimate.

As long as they ship out before next Friday it's then the shipping company's job. Crossing my fingers no one has a chip hold or quality control issue.I think that 2 week shutdown is just for the Ford plant right? 12/15 blend date, just outside of Houston. Looks like there is a good group from Texas in this build week, so hopefully that means they get on the train headed this way quickly.Could be.![]()
I believe that’s why are build week or blend date is for the southwest territory.Correct, the rail yards and convoys operate independently of Ford. HOWEVER, if they get to your vehicle, and it's the only one they can 'package' together, it will sit till there are others. They won't send a single truck for one Bronco, or Railcar, etc. They wait to 'package' multiple vehicles headed in the same direction. Doesn't need to be the same dealer, just the same direction. Dallas, for instance, with multiple deliveries to multiple dealers.
Man I miss Houston. Born there and lived there a good chunk of my life.Love to see it. I'm in Katy, TX as well.
Not sure, but there are several other Michigan guys here as well.I believe that’s why are build week or blend date is for the southwest territory.
