I can see the tracking information coming in fits and starts, or lagging behind actual production milestones. But the inconsistency across order holders is fascinating. I feel like I’ll be a good palm reader after this. Taking some real, observable cues to fabricate a plausible future reality.

I doubt it...you have to get the rail car number from Ford, and then use CSX's tele tracking service to see where the car is. The only info they provide is location and weight.

Understood. I was hoping there might have been a way to look up the contents of a rail car. Thank you for the reply!

Has anyone else experienced this? Got my 'shipped' email yesterday, and the ford tracker says 'shipped'. However, when I asked the Ford chat for a rail car number or tracking info, they said it wasn't scheduled to leave the factory until 12/19. They said there aren't any chip holds. Has anyone else experienced this where it seems to be fully built, but takes two weeks to leave the factory?

I can confirm that you can get your rail car number from Ford customer support chat. Mine is going CSX, so I then had to call CSX to use their automated tracking service. (Couldn't find a place to do it online.) Blend date was 11/28...left on a rail car this morning headed for Cleveland. Will be dropped off in Massachusetts on the 8th.

I have been given three different ETA's and The one they gave me today is for the first week of January

So According to Ford and My salesman It will be 2-3 weeks before it makes it to me in Texas

Same here. Mine went smoothly to Built but and shows that as 12/2 but nothing since. I contacted Ford via Chat yesterday and was told that it was awaiting shipping. I sent a text to my sales person a little while ago and just waiting to see if they have any new information yet. I was given a delivery window to Colorado of 12/16 - 12/22. I’d just like to see it in motion.

Exact same here, 12/2 built but nothing since and Ford Chat said eta of 12/17 - 12/23 to Phoenix. There is zero predictability in this process its frustrating

Bumped from 11/14 build week to this one.

Same Blend Date, 3708/4042. Modules just popped for me today - I checked last night, and nothing popped yet. It exists out there somewhere, but the tracker also still shows In Production. I've got a few add-ons, so it's probably gotta get those put on before it's labeled 'built'.

I feel you on the wait - seems longer now than ever!
