I tried this morning, got nothing. Tried again just now, and nothing. They don't recognize the rail car number I was using when being transported via CSX. Did you include the "TTGX"?

yeah i just rattled off the whole car number with letters real fast. initially it had no update but then started giving info. does the CSX hotline not give you any valid info anymore?
Nope. CSX said it was Off-loaded to another carrier at 6:38 this morning, no further information available. I wonder if by chance it went to convoy already? I will wait until Monday, and see if ford or my dealer has some more information. My delivery window is 11/3 - 11/9, so currently right on schedule.

hopefully when mine lands in denver it goes onto a semi truck within 24 hours. i'm 11-5 to 11-11 eta, but i know the train is supposed to be there 11-1.
Calling CSX said “accepted into interchange” as of last night. But it also said that about the day prior. How many times is it accepted into interchange?
I’m west of the Mississippi, but I don’t know how to get that new number. The tracking app on here doesn’t pull any rail car info for me.

Being my blend date was 10/20 and I've been stuck in built mode since Sunday I called customer service today to see if I could get more info.
I was told they are experiencing transportation issues and my estimated delivery of Nov 9-15th is now estimated to be the last week in November.
So with thanks to Ford I am still an active member of this thread!

BTW, how are you folks getting your photos of your build? Is there a link on the Ford update page or is it a separate email? It amazes me how some people get pics and others don't! How do they decide who gets a pic and who doesn't?
