Anderson composites has a carbon and composite top coming this fall. Believe the first run is 4 doors, 2 door around January.

ADV Fiberglass - hardtop available in September, currently preordering
Patriot Fastbacks - hardtop in development and coming soon
SoFlo Customs - available now, reduced price
Rally Tops - hardtop in development and coming soon

edited to include Rally Tops
I reached out to Rally Tops, as they are sorely lacking details on their product page, and they were kind enough to pass along a photo of their prototype:

One unfortunate thing to note is for the asking price you don’t get a rear wiper or defroster.

Price at 1/5 the cost of a Bronco is outrageous. Few thousand would be more realistic.
Agreed, I’m fairly frustrated with the whole hardtop fiasco. The soft top does nothing for road noise and is a rattle trap when off road. It may be the reason I let the Bronco go instead of dropping $5K on a hardtop which may or may not help.

I take it you have a soft top and dislike it?

Correct, I don’t come with previous convertible vehicle experience beyond driving with the top down. With that said I’ve given it 11 months and I still find it unacceptable “my opinion”. It’s not holding up well, chaffing/tear on the rear, rattles at mid hinges, road noise permeates easily through plastic windows. We avoid taking the Bronco on freeway drives longer due to fatigue from the road noise. If your doing surface streets it’s tolerable. I don’t think the issue is Ford’s per say, I think in general it’s just soft top behavior that I underestimated my tolerance for.

I am leaning towards the ADV fiberglass unit! the modular version as a replacement for my soft top. I live in so cal and would love to go top down but Have serious skin cancer issues (malignant melanoma) and just can not risk top down

Rally Tops has updated their page with the Bronco Hardtop, $5200 plus options.

https://www.rallytops.com/shop/ford-bronco-hardtop-4-door/
The website currently lists it as $4k. I banged up my softtop, backing into the garage like an idiot…I’d much rather spend $4K than $6 elsewhere…even without the defrost and wiper! Kinda annoying that it won’t take factory roof rack setups though.

Personal experience here from 12 years driving a Wrangler with dual tops - don't expect a hardtop Bronco to be a huge improvement in noise. It helps... some. But it's never going to have an insulated, non-echoey feel like a non-convertible vehicle would. It's just not possible, even with added insulation. It's still going to be noisy on the interstate - just not quite as noisy as the soft top.

At the very least, I'd go test drive or see if a bronco buddy in your area will let you test drive one on the interstate to get a feel for the noise factor. Otherwise, a convertible vehicle just might not be for you.

To add to this, here’s the production unit:

Jerry at Rallytops says price is $3,995…if only it had a rear wiper motor 🥲
Thanks for posting the vid!!

not even joking I got nauseous watching that. The editing and music make it nearly impossible to focus on the top LOL!!

it’s price point is fantastic. Needs a rear wiper and defrost and the roof is too smooth. But can’t beat that price right now
