Correct, the Sasquatch equipped broncos do not need a extension...
Pointing out a non Sasquatch bronco that upgrades to 35" tires will need the third brake light extension. ( in most cases)
I have a non SAS badlands, that I put SAS wheels/tires on. The stock SAS combo still fits without the extension, though the 3rd brake light is touching the tire. I don't think it's really stressing it though..

I'm not a fan of the way with the extensions the two little rubber feet on the light no longer touch the body, but I might order the extension anyway if I order anything else, like the molle panel.

we’re doing our best to get ahead of demand!
We keep increasing our production quantities to meet demand and have been very strict with our quality control process. We rejected about 50% of our last batch and have been getting them blasted and resprayed.

We appreciate everyone’s understanding and patience as we ensure EVERYONE gets the highest quality finish that we’re known for!

if anyone has a trip coming up and needs one in a hurry, txt me 9154490881 and I’ll work with you to get one asap!

Ready to order then was faced with $35 in shipping. I’m willing to pay the bronco tax on a couple pieces of metal, but not willing to cover shipping lol. Hopefully y’all have something nice cooking for Black Friday. Until then I’m out. Even the $1000 dollar DV8 sliders I bought had free shipping!

I don't mind the 35 shipping..its the $500 price tag that shocked me. Reinforcement, flag holder, and accessory arm...ouch. (And I didn't go far enough to see what the tax was going to be)
Hey guys!
The total system costs under $375 shipped to your door.. Not 500!
-$199 for the reinforcement bracet
-$99 for the accessory arm(rotopax/tredpro/anetenna mount)
-$35 antenna/flag mount
-$35 shipping

We take extra care to pack each bracket in foam, then secure it in a thick cardboard sleeve. Then we put that sleeve in a 36"x6"x24" box, stuff the box with paper to ensure it gets to you in one piece. The large box weighs about 25lbs and costs us an average of about $50 to ship. We charge a very reasonable flat rate of 36$, and there is NO sales tax outside of New Mexico.

We know there are a lot of parts and websites that ship for free shipping. Instead of building shipping into our costs, we chose to focus on adding value by delivering a higher quality finish, a more functional design, and real life 24/7 support from my team and I!

We do not plan on having any Black Friday sales, or any sales for that matter. That being said we offer first responder/military discounts. However, we do have a price increase planned before the end of the year! We are doing our best to control costs and minimize rejection rates, but eventually we will need to raise the price by at least 10%...

@KompressorV12 check you pms!

I purchased a full system a couple months ago and I can say without a doubt its QUALITY materials and looks. It stopped some creaking I had from the rear and I know I'd have door issues over time just looking at the PPF being warped below it from when I pulled off the wheel hanger as stock OEM.

You guys are baulking at 35$ shipping. Whereas I not only had this converted to CAD$ but paid for shipping to Canada. Where it showed up in pristine condition as Tyson notes and weighed every one of those 25 lbs of fantastic quality.

Hammerbuilt staff and Tyson were awesome to deal with both in email and on the phone arranging for my shipping.

Zero regrets. Plenty of compliments. Complete happiness with my order.

100% will order more from Hammerbuilt as the ideas flow.

I agree 100%! The quality is fantastic and looks top notch. I now have no concern carrying extra fuel and the antenna mount works perfectly with my weBoost OTR antenna.

$35 for shipping is nothing for this package. I assumed it was going to be significantly higher. FFS, I ordered ~$265 worth of aluminum from American Adventure Lab and was originally quoted ~$175 in shipping charges. After contacting them, they cut the shipping down to $75, but the parts are significantly smaller and lighter than the Hammer Built system, so the AAL shipping was still outrageous.

In addition Tyson (@DoYouBronco) is incredibly responsive and helpful. I sent and e-mail request and Tyson immediately called me to discuss my issue. Kudos to Hammer Built!

This could be a picture of my Bronco except I ran the WeBoost cable through the vents under the spare tire bracket, inside the rear door, and out by the rear door hinge. Still looking for a cleaner way to run the cable up to the front. Right now, it goes under the cargo area mat and rear seat floor mat.

My sincerest apologies. I had some trouble with the website and I must have added a component more than once.

I was getting ready to go wheeling and just needed to get it installed quickly, but I will be running the cable through the vents when I get a chance. The weBoost unit is currently just sitting in the rear cargo area and the internal antenna is draped over the front passenger seat.

Imagine $35 shipping is where you draw the line. 🤣😂🤣😂
I had the same thought. Shipping is never free. It is either explicitly stated, included in the item price, or covered via some membership fee designed to increase the volume of your purchasing (e.g. Amazon Prime.) Temporarily offering free shipping is just a way of offering a sale vs marking down the item price. Interesting to know that Hammer Built is taking a loss on shipping since the actual cost, at least for a full system, is $50.

A buyer should look at the total cost, including shipping, and decide if the price is what they would be willing to pay.

I'm a fan of this particular modular mount but not of the RotopaX. I like old school jerry cans. Do you have any recommended jerry can mounts that work well with your system and allow for full articulation of the swing gate?

One good thing I can say about how long we all had to wait for our broncos, is that it gave us plenty of time to day dream about all the things we wanted it to do. More importantly, it allowed us to listen to and observe some of the first the Broncos that hit the trails. If there's one thing we've learned in all our years of building offroad vehicles, it's that you can't modify one aspect of a vehicle without considering the effects it may have on the rest of the vehicles overall performance and reliability!

Since the first thing we had planned to add was heavier wheel/tires, we knew this would be the perfect place to begin our mod journey. Our mission was simple; produce the highest functioning, highest quality Bronco parts, backed by the real world experience and offroad accessory expertise!

We all agree that the purpose built offroad wheels with the larger more aggressive tires can drastically change the appearence of our Broncos; but not many fully appreciate how much heavier they can be over stock. The oem Sasquatch Tires are considerably lighter than the normal 315/70/17 at 55 lbs, especially when you compare it to a 35" toyo MT at 78lbs. Even the Sasquatch set can squeak and wobble during street driving. When Ford released the Bronco Raptor, we noticed they added a reinforcement plate to the tailgate with the larger 37" tire. This signaled us to start drawing up a support plate that would not only add the needed strength to the tailgate, but allow us to incorporate methods to store some of our favorite offroad gear!
Here is a picture of what can happen to a tailgate that has been over stressed without any reinforcement

MODULAR TAILGATE SUPPORT BRACKET-
E7DCEC87-E692-4754-A591-D28B84559562.jpeg

Designed to add the most strength as possible to our aluminum tailgate, our support bracket starts off as a piece of US Cold Roll steel that is then cut to shape by a special Fiberoptic precison laser. A TRUbend cnc presses the flat piece into to the perfect contour while adding rigidity. Lastly, One of our highest priorities was a long-lasting weather proof coating to ensure no rust or oxidation even after years of offroad action. Thats why all Hammer Built parts are coated with a fully automated ISO certified Medical grade powder coat process for a near perfect finish. No fisheye or uneven coats. Even our hardware is made from a high grade stainless steel.
F0F8B168-0F79-4EBA-9007-2DA748CA8631.jpeg

When test fitting our first prototype, it became apparent we needed a way to protect the hinge paint while giving the bracket a solid seating surface. We decided to design some conical spacers out of Delrin material that would be soft enough to not damage the paint, but rigid enough to absorb the shock and forces from heavy off-roading. The spacing it provides allows us to use special hydaulicly pressed in "PEM" fasteners that allow you to attach our Hammer Built Accessory Arm. To anyone that doesn't know wtf a PEM fastener is, here's a quick video...
They are strong, reusable, and permanent threads/mounting points literally fused to the the support bracket with intense pressure.

HAMMER BUILT ACCESSORY ARM
193FEA13-6178-4ABD-8741-A4CE1F5F2B22.jpeg

We spaced these fasteners to fit most 33-37" tires so that the accessory arm would fit snugly next to the whichever sized tire you have on your Bronco. The two most obvious offroad accessories that belong outside the vehicle are fuel and dirty/muddy traction boards.
Once you attach the accessory arm, you can attach a 1/2/3 gallon Rotopax fuel canister, or a set of ARB tread pros. (MaxTraxx mounting points are on the permitter so we are developing a adapter to accept those PREORDER coming soon)
We even incorporated an optional attachment for a flag/antennae/dust light!
