One trick to use on CSX system will allow you to type in using number pad... don't know if it'll work on BNSF cars, but worth a shot.

On the phone's keypad, you have to select the c corresponding number and it's place in the list for that number...
e.g. - BNSF = 22627433

Broken down -
B is the number two and it is the second ordinal position for that key
N is 6 and second ordinal
S is 7 and fourth
F is 3 and third

Then enter your numeric portion.

hth,
Tim
Oh I did that, multiple times, then it transferred me to another automated system which asked for my csx userid and when I said I didn't have one, it transferred me to a number that rang twice and then said "number is not in service." :(

So, Blend was 9/14 and built was 9/16.

The Shipped was just this morning. I live a out 6+ hrs from MAP.

People here are saying the tracker is behind what is actually happening.
Congrats, Joe! So you received your built email on 9/16?

Yeah that didn't work either. The chat confirmed again today it's through CSX but when I call and put in initials, it then forwards me to prompt asking for user id, then when I say I don't have one, it then forwards me to customer service rep and number rings twice before it tells me that number is no longer in service. WTF?????

For CSX, Say the initials first. Then the numbers when it asks. Also, if that doesn’t work, call your dealer to make sure you are using the correct number. It’s never asked me for a user id.

Well, got the email on 9/18. But on tracker it said 9/16.

Sorry for confusion
Gotcha! Chat said mine's built (9/16 blend) Still waiting on email and tracker update so was curious if built emails were lagging or maybe mine's waiting on a chip or 3. Thanks!

I have heard and experienced that the tracker is actually behind the actual status.

I wouldn't worry

I'm still in "in production" purgatory!! Blended on 9/16. Spoke with Ford chat a couple times since then- each time they tell me I have an ETA to the dealer of 10/13, with no listed holds or issues... These last 10 days have been harder than the last 10 months!

Right...it's not the wait (I was assuming I would be bumped to 2023 and not see anything 'til Spring), it's the teasing and the ambiguity. I keep telling myself that not that many years ago, if you ordered a car it just came when it came, with no info from anyone. But come on, Ford, it's the current year and you can do production tracking better than this!

13 days and counting...

I have had my BaseSquatch two door in production since 9/14/22 and no change in production status since then. Just talked with chat and they said the final build date is "Pending". Has anyone had this?

I was told that it was "produced", not "built", and I'm thinking that that distinction has meaning. "Built" is built, ready to get on the train, while "produced" seems to mean "mostly done but can't leave the factory for _______ reason".

Probably the cupholders or the blue badge shortage.

Yeah this is probably the case. I have had my reservation since March of 2021 and this is the most impatient I have been. I am so ready for this thing haha
