It would not hurt to try. When you call the number, you want to say “trace” to the automated system. And then it’s going to ask you how many pieces of equipment you have, 1. Then it will want your number. Mine is four letters and four numbers. If you have zeros before your number you don’t have to say them. It’s a quick call, so i’d definitely try.

So, Blend was 9/14 and built was 9/16.

The Shipped was just this morning. I live a out 6+ hrs from MAP.

People here are saying the tracker is behind what is actually happening.

I hope so! I (and many others, apprently) are still stuck in "In Production" Limbo. 11 days & 22 hours & counting...

Picked it up yesterday. Definitely worth the wait! Tracker still shows in transit. Also, my dealer in Burlington WI is awesome! Miller Motors. They honored the original price even though the the sticker was $2195 more. According to sales contract, they did not have to. They gave me exactly what I wanted for trade in and got me an amazing payment. I could not recommend them more. They never let any lookiloos touch the vehicle and made sure to have it inside overnight, during a (hail)storm.

Yeah that didn't work either. The chat confirmed again today it's through CSX but when I call and put in initials, it then forwards me to prompt asking for user id, then when I say I don't have one, it then forwards me to customer service rep and number rings twice before it tells me that number is no longer in service. WTF?????

I'm on CSX as well. My first info/update was that it had arrive in Louisville, KY and that was on monday. On tuesday, it left Louisville for Atlanta, but I didn't have another update until this morning. That said, I think it's normal to have a lag between updates.

Ford chat says mine is on CSX but the rail car is BNSF301600 and when I try to call CSX, it's like it can't find number. Everyone has said you can't trace BNSF but then others say CSX still tracks it all the way. Any thoughts????

Day 14. I originally thought Leaf Peeper mountain would be fitting for the current supply holds on the MAP plant and describe the current dirt mountain/ice mountain state of affairs. Then it dawned on me that a good chunk of the US may not know what that means. Since leaf peepers may not be universally understood, I'm proposing we name the current state of the Storage lot Trick or Treat Mountain.

It seems fitting.

One trick to use on CSX system will allow you to type in using number pad... don't know if it'll work on BNSF cars, but worth a shot.

On the phone's keypad, you have to select the c corresponding number and it's place in the list for that number...
e.g. - BNSF = 22627433

Broken down -
B is the number two and it is the second ordinal position for that key
N is 6 and second ordinal
S is 7 and fourth
F is 3 and third

Then enter your numeric portion.
