I'm in the exact same boat as you but my blend was 9/14. I got modules and a tear tag. Salesman confirmed it was produced.

I called my salesman, too, and he says he's checking into it, but I'm thinking this means it's 98% done but they're stuck waiting on the ashtray or something. Or maybe something less important, like the motor, or the top.

Here's the response I got from ford chat. Even though mine says in production with a tear tag and modules. They even know their tracker sucks

Today is my blend date (536/1138) - I don't suppose they will tell me modules are on tomorrow, so maybe Monday?

I’m hoping to see an update over the weekend (I’m a few in front of you today).

I talked to ford chat today. Don’t go off the tracker too much. They said it’s pretty inaccurate and delayed. If you got modules and a tear tag your bronco is built. Probably just waiting shipment.

I didn't get the e mail but logged in and it says built. Scheduled to arrive to Oregon Oct 8-14

Now that it shows built, I'm going to be thrown out of my daily routine a little bit with checking build weeks and seeing what has or hasn't been delayed. Daily checks of the back door link. Checking in on this and the process has been actually a good distraction from the actual wait. Fun to see what everyone wants out of their rig and intended use.

I’ve seen in a few other threads that we shouldn’t expect to see anything under PCM for weeks, if ever…
