Kermit departed for GA yesterday. I couldn’t understand the location but guessing ATL area. Still on track for final rail destination in SC on 9/15. I’m checking daily hoping it rolls ahead of schedule . The more I check the faster it gets here I’m sure of it.

Kermit is now en route to final rail destination still due at rail yard 9/15.

Where do you get the Ship Date from to put on the spreadsheet? The tracker now shows Shipped and says "Your vehicle is In Transit or on its way to your dealership". I don't see any ship date.

I got my dates from the email that Ford sent about my Bronco being shipped.

Same here. Tracker has shown shipped since Friday. No email yet. I believe the emails go out late.

Got my shipped email and ford tracker flipped to shipped overnight. Now to bug ford chat today till I get rail information.

What fresh hell is this?
Last week I got a rail car number, and its location made sense, tracked it to SC where it is “constructively place”. I went on Ford Chat to see if they had an update, she tells me it’s on the Ramp in MI? But still gave me the rail car from last week. Is this just a case of last known location before it got on the train? Anybody have experience with this?

My railcar was "constructively placed" last night. Hopefully that means it is being unloaded, or it is locked up and secured in the yard in preparation for the rail strike. Ford Chat this morning said it is still on the ramp in Michigan but also gave me the same railcar number from a week ago with ETA 9/15-9/21. Last week on Ford Chat when they gave the railcar number they said just one date 9/21. I think the call/chat center just has a screen of information and it is up to them to interpret. I'm going to call B.S. on Ford Chat today and declare "Stuck at Railyard" status. Now the worst part, the long leg with the least information while I wait for the truck delivery.

Yeah from what I've seen of others posts, the Ford Chat response all depends on who you get and how they interpret the information they have in front of them. If you got rail information and you were able to track it with that I would lean towards that being correct.

Order track still shows awaiting shipment for me. The Ford tracker says shipped. I did contact Ford Chat and they told me "No rail car or convoy carrier information notated." So guess they have no idea where my vehicle is
