If you are a reservation holder you go to https://www.ford.com/buy/manage.html?reservationId=XXXXXXXXXX

You put your reservation number in the end where the X's are. Then it will ask you to log into your Ford account.

Thank you. How long did it take the tracker to update? I am still showing in production with a date of 9/6 (yesterday).

Also can you explain the Tear Tag?

No luck with Anthony from Ford Performance Chat on getting my rail car # from my 9/4 shipped Bronco. Assuming his group is probably tired of getting requests? Will have to reach out to our dealer to see if we can get the info.

Following in your footsteps. Checked the backdoor tracker and got the same built status but tear tag and built email are still lagging behind. I'm not worried so much about delivery date because I am in Asia until Oct so I have to coordinate with my dealer and make sure they don't sell my rig before I get back.

My Tear tag finally populated so you should be seeing yours soon.

Tear Tag is essentially just a code technicians use that gives them information on your vehicle, in the build process its mainly just used as another reference point to see something has happened in the process.

As far as tracker goes I had an 8/30 blend, tracker showed in production with a date of 9/2 (also the day modules popped). Tear Tag showed up 9/5 and then it switched to built overnight last night with a date of 9/6. Still no build email received. Hope that helps!

Thank you this does help. My only other question is where would I see the tear tag? Does it populate with the modules?

It is on the same page as the modules, you should see it near the top, even if they haven't popped yet it will say Tear Tag and just be blank beside it.
