Acronyms are a fun way to name the parts.

Just installed mine this morning. Squeezing my head under the mirror so I could line up the wrench was a nightmare. Gonna have to reposition my mirror first time I drive. But I got it installed.

I put the magnet on the fridge, I got the patch on my EDC go bag, and the sticker I’m gonna take to work on put on my work laptop. The AR stickers I’m not so sure yet.

@SubmarineNuke no idea just yet what I’ll do with all the extras, except my GF stole the magnet for the fridge 3seconds after the pic . Got mine installed yesterday, was very easy to just feel the driver into the screws, for me. Also ordered b.a.l.l.s right after I received this, and wish they made arms. It’s gonna be tough for me to buy plastic stuff from another company to put on my balls.

Yeah. At least Bullet Proof says theirs is carbon fiber. I think that’s what I’m gonna end up using.

2 of these are AR BALLs and the middle is a RAM mounts tough ball. Now I have options and can get arms and the gopro adapter.

Absolutely not! The BAM and the TAP can mount to the SLAP. What we were discussing was having all three of the mount holes of the BAM mounting into the SLAP. They are too close together to make it work cleanly.

If you have a BAM, mounting it to the SLAP would make the mount a lot more robust.

Same goes for the TAP.

If you don't have a BAM or TAP, you you can run just the SLAP and mount up to three accessories, cleanly.

OK I found pictures after I caught up on all the messages AND coincidentally got an email that my SLAP arrived. Good day so far.

My SLAP arrived this afternoon and the marketing copy is no joke, it is rock solid on the dash once it's installed. Didn't think to photograph it by itself, though, because it arrived along with my replacement BYODR so I put that in too.
