Airbag / Steering Wheel crack?

Just noticed this line forming on the steering wheel. Any thoughts on what this maybe?

Yes, it is the designed break point for the underlying airbag. There is nothing wrong. Most likely, you hit your horn at some douchecanoe in front of you and it has now shown the designed fracture line. Really, no need to do anything. You could, if it bugs you so, ask for it to be warranty replaced.

Omg same! There are a few other threads about this on here. Sounds like it’s not a recall yet and someone mentioned having trouble with a replacement, but brought info from here as backup.

Actually we just noticed this on my bronco and I never use the horn. So the theory the one person had about hitting horn Hard is WAY OFF!! Also my bronco is only 7 mos. Old.

I've never used my horn and I have it too. I had it noted at the last dealer visit but they didn't seem interested in doing anything.

It's very common, multiple threads here. Some people have gotten replacements easily and others have had to fight.
