What a stupid system, lol. Frustrating for anyone trying to trace their order. Did you use the automated system to track via BNSF?

Unfortunately there is no automated tracking system that I’m aware of.

Does the rail car number stay the same when it’s no longer being transported via CSX?

Yes, your railcar number stays the same. Was it transported out of Flat Rock on CSX? If so, you should continue to track it using the CSX tracker.

Yea it left the plant on CSX. Thanks so much, I’ll just continue to use the CSX tracker then, as it’s easy to use.

but the ford tracker shows mine as "in Production https://shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking/status/?vin=

I never was able to get that other link through ford to work. My dealer must have done something squirrely cuz its not showing as a reservation order but a dealer order.

either way, fords site is now showing its complete and waiting for shipment.

Well after days of being stuck in Staples,MN I called tonight and got an update that it had departed Fargo, ND as of 8pm on 7/28. Looks like its taking the northern route, assume through Spokane, WA and then down south to CA? 100% going to miss the 8/1 delivery date. Hopefully no more multi day stops along the way.
