I’ve tried chat 5 times and they tell me the dealership has to give me a certificate number

I called: (800) 334-4375 at prompt stated, "Bronco Order" and put through to a live agent with no waiting.

Mine has been off-loaded and sitting at the rail yard since last Wednesday night. I’m still waiting for it to make its way to the dealership 60 miles away. I hate knowing it’s so close but still out of my control. And now no way to track!

I received my shipping email with the same delivery dates. Chat has not been working for me yet to verify the rail car.

I did not request the location. The rail company is Canadian National Railways.

Mine was “shipped” 06/28 and I still haven’t received a rail car number. Dealer says it’s still sitting at the MAP rail yard waiting to be loaded.

Yeah dealership is no help. Chat and dealer tell me is that the estimated date is this Friday so hopefully that is true

Train arrives tomorrow. How long are people seeing it take for a truck transport to the dealer?

My train arrived July 10, bronco sat on the train until July 18 and was then unloaded, delivered to the dealer July 21!
