I have always had good experiences with K&N. I have had their filters or CAI in every car going back 20 or more years. I ordered the CAI for the 2.7 and the nuts to hold the lid down are not inserted all the way so the lid cannot close... WTF happened to quality control (I write this as my Bronco is going back for warranty paint work).

imo it's not quality as much as everyone expects perfect now.

shit happens, things need replaced or fixed. it's annoying but as long as it's addressed all good. not saying lower standards but accept things aren't perfect to start but in the end should meet or exceed expectations.

The only issue I personally have with the quality of the Bronco is the quality of the plastics used on the doors, cargo area and side panels. They scratch just by looking at them and are difficult to clean. I’ve had mine for 7 months and they are scuffed everywhere. Pretty annoying.

If they had used plastics similar to the Ranger, I’d be fine with it.

i agree with this, and it's going to look like shit in a few years.

i don't care as much but imo i look at is as a utility vehicle. should have done way better on that aspect..

* Just pointing out, the OP is referring to a K&N part, not a Bronco part. So… y’know. There are plenty of other threads where we can bash the Bronco…

Well aware.

Seems to be a theme with Bronco related things.
