I have a 2021 2-door BL (2.3 MT) that has about 600 miles on it. This morning I noticed a lot of wind noise on passenger side. Turns out passenger-side window is stuck in slightly retracted position. It won't raise or lower. I tried holding window bottom in both up and down positions for several seconds. Door has not been off and connections seem fine. Any thoughts from the tribe?

My first guess might be to actually check the sensors and/or th e door to make sure it's closed all the way, since the window will leave itself down by about 1/4" if it thinks the door isn't all the way closed. Since your rig is that new, maybe the connector from the frame to the door is a bit loose and the wires for the motor/switch aren't fully contacting too?

Just some suggestions, hope you get it sorted.

Since the buttons on this one single door will not respond at all, and you have already double checked your wire connections, the next step at this point would be to bust out a multimeter and start poking around at the switches, connections, and inside the door.

My thought is that it is now time to take this to the dealer for them to handle it. Having a dead window isn't really a problem that I've heard about on the forum, so I don't think that there will be common issue that we can point out for you to quickly fix yourself.

Thanks much Was trying to avoid a trip to dealer but that seems unlikely. I'm also getting "No Key Fob Detected" messages so at least I've got 2 things for them to deal with. Thanks.

Thank you. Looks like I'm not going to be able to avoid a trip to the dealer.

Hi there. This window concern doesn’t sound like something we want you to experience with your Bronco. Could you please send us a PM with your VIN and the name and location of your Ford dealer? I'd be happy to look into how I can assist you on my end.

Was able to figure out that the electrical connector in the door was not actually secure--it was connected, but not "locked in." Once I snapped it in place, everything was fine. I suspect this was a factory issue, as I've never had the doors off. But thanks for stepping in.

Glad to hear your concern is fixed, Todd. Enjoy your Bronco!

2022 2 door.
I have the same issue, only passenger side. Tried the un plug and plug NOTHING. Door has ZERO power. It will reset at some point though.
I just drove 6 hours to So. UT with the window about a 1/3rd. down...glad it wasn't raining or freezing. Any support from Ford would be great. The dealer is stumped.

UPDATE....
4 months later and the Bronco is STILL at the dealer.
I'm frustrated beyond words. Ford from my perspective has ZERO interest in solving this quality issue. Dealer is stuck waiting for input from the Ford technical service rep who never shows up. Ford Customer service call backs are rare and provide ZERO information.

Gonna push for buy back or lemon law.

11 months later.. Any resolution? My driver window is doing that and my dealership is a month out on service.. @Ford Motor Company can you help?

Window is all the way, won't move at all. Hit the window switches you can hear the window motor clicking up and down, but the window is rock solid. Tried to unplug the door connector and plugged it back in and nothing. Can't really drive it because it'll let rain/wind in. All other 3 windows work perfect. 2.3 manual big bend 4 door.

Hi there, I'd be happy to look into your Bronco concerns on my end. Will you send us a message with your VIN and dealership info? I can look into things on my end.

I was gonna say alway always always un-plug then re-plugin the connection if something like that isn't working. Glad you got it.
