It’s a plastic clip with a plastic screw in the center. They are terrible because the plastic screws won’t unscrew. Had to drill the head off of one of them to remove it and now I need to find a replacement. How were they secured? Bolted in or a pin of some sorts?

Did they Snap in securely?I bought some extended bump stops meant for a Jeep, and then just modified them to work with the Bronco.

No. I cut the nub off the back, trimmed to the right length, then drilled a hole through the center. I then attached it using the hardware from the stock bump stop.Did they Snap in securely?
