Ford trackers still not up to date. But ford and my dealer still show the same info… no holds. They did say there’s a “10 day grace period” so expect it by June 1st. Wish they’d update the trackers but whatever. Haven’t gotten any emails since February either

Got my salesman to send pictures of the vehicle visibility screen today. It says "Plant Hold "with May 29 ETA. I highly doubt that will happen as my understanding is that shipping has been taking a month to get to my dealership in NC .

I ordered / work at gulf coast ford in angleton.

My dealer, also here in NC (Crossroads Ford of Apex), told me it usually takes 3-6 weeks to get a vehicle here once it's been shipped.

I added VIN in the FordPass app and then just had a button to 'Activate Vehicle' that never worked.

Now it says Activation Pending: Just start your vehicle and accept the activation confirmation on the in-vehicle touchscreen to unlock all of it's FordPass features.

I wonder if you remove it from the app and then add it again if it will allow you to attempt activation.

ah so I removed it and added it and it gave me the option to activate. Said "Activation Error"

Just hit up the chat again this is what they’re saying still
“Thank you for waiting.I see the order in the In Production status. The vehicle has been produced with an ETA of May-13-2022 for start of transit, and an ETA of May-19-2022 for delivery to your dealer.”

Then I asked if it was showing any sort of hold of any kind and she said she’s not seeing a hold for the vehicle.

New pretend timeline update to dealer is 6/17-6/23 with plant hold label now first time they’ve admitted that part.

So chat just told me the date range for arrival at the dealer is actually June 19th - June 25th, not June 19th to July 25th. They also said there is "some type of delay" but "we aren't able to see the reason anymore".

No - I have no contacts at MAP. Just a great salesman at my dealership.
