Thanks @mike8675309. That URL takes me to the ford.ca, Canadian site- my order still says in production on that one. I’ve found that the Order Track updates much quicker than the Ford site. #1 - your email address on the order is incorrect or missing. This is what your dealer controls.
#2 - you don't have a ford website account for the email you used on the order.
#3 - Ford is terrible at sending out emails. (they really are)

Yep, exactly the same happened to the 1/17 build week. Some already received it. Most are rotting on Dirt Mountain, alas.It’s a generic email and people with the same wording email here have been already shipped.
Whenever I try to enter my information it just reloads the page. I re-enter my order number and Vin and it just reloads the page again... It worked last week. That happens randomly to everyone. For me it works right now, but that may be cached stuff. It'll stop working later, then work again later.
