5/2/22 Build Week Group

Good Morning Friends,

I woke up this morning and saw an email from Ford that came in at 2:57 AM PDT that says my Badlands has been shipped.

Updated the Build Sheet with "5/10" in the Ship Date column.

ETA at my dealer here in Eastern WA is 6/10 to 6/16. That is a month from now. That's a VERY SLOW TRAIN headed West from Michigan!

Definitely not complaining though!

Hopefully others here in our Group get their "Shipped " email also.

If I called ford, would they be able to provide any information on when they think my Bronco will be shipped? Emails with ford are so unreliable and my ford tracker almost never works

I’ve had the most success with the Ford chat, all the way through the rail number. Found chat to be way more useful than pizza in terms of real-time info. Good luck!

As of yesterday, i was told my vehicle has no holds

They told me that 4 times over three eta bumps and yesterday my dealer called me and told me I was on hold for a chip. Chat is scripted..

Some of our group will take delivery before some of the earlier weeks for sure. It's not terrible, but maybe it was our communication here and teamwork...lol

I noticed this as well. It's as if Ford got all parts in at the right time for our group or they just noticed that our group is the nicest people and we deserved it.

I think you are right. When I asked customer service over the phone about my conversation with chat? She called it a “system” and eluded to it not being real people. Not sure how much truth there is to that but it makes me wonder.

I agree, it has been fun. You all ,automatically, seem like my friends. I'm sure we are all different ages, races, live in different locations and everyone may not agree on everything, but we all have something in common in the Bronco that connects us all. Weird how a vehicle can do that? We should have our own club here "The 5/2 Build Crew....lol" to keep in touch with what we discover and learn and share about our Bronco's in the month's to come.

I am down for a 5/2 build crew club

Salesman said it’s there. Said they have to service it? I assume that’s more of an inspection. He’s supposed to let me know when he can get that scheduled.

So Awesome and excited for you and shows my data is accurate! I'm stoked. Congratulations for being #1 delivery for the "5/2 Build Crew". You know we gonna want some pics. I'm sure it's a pre delivery checklist they have to go through, and take off the wrap protection, all that type of stuff.

This info only updates when it moves over to convoy truck. Strange yours is completely blank. Have you gotten the shipped notice yet, or built email?

Sometimes it's not the TRAIN, it's getting from the train depot to the dealer. I have been in Atlanta since Sunday at the Train Depot Auto Distribution holding yard in Atlanta, waiting on my truck to the dealer which is 4 hours away AND they gave 3 weeks from here for ETA, which is ridiculous. Hope I get it sooner than that since it's 4 hours from me.
