I also ordered a Maverick and if I don't like the Bronco as much as I hope I do, I'll sell the Bronco when my Maverick comes in. I call the Maverick a trucklet. Not quite a truck but the hybrid gets close to 500 miles to a tank.

Yeah- it's shown "shipped" since Feb, but the dealer said it was on chips hold. Ford's system is pretty messed up.

I am literally like 5 minutes from that dealership right now… I always look over to see if they have any new Broncos in the lot…. Haven’t seen any in a while.

I called a couple dealers close and put my name on an email list if they get any. It’s a long shot with interest based build and price but at this point …. You know.

I tried to keep it succinct and I tried not to be presumptuous. I laid out the fact that I put $100 down on a reservation day one July 2020. I was number 17 out of 70 allocations at the dealership. I covered the timeline from expectations laid out at the dealership when I ordered in January 2021 with an additional $400 deposit, to the production date scheduled in December, mentioned the rescheduling multiple times into January, and then drilled down into the fact that all the information I've received from Ford and the dealership has been in line with the notion that car has been built and awaiting shipment since 3/5 and I haven't received a reasonable explanation for why they're able to deliver Broncos built after mine while my particular vehicle has sat for two months undelivered an hour's drive from the plant.

So I looked at the FTC site and I think see how it fits. Seems “fraud” includes a “ bad business practice”. I might not have thought that but you are right.

I thought the FTC complaint would be baseless myself but I've had a number of people tell me otherwise and finally decided to weigh in. It's important that we speak up as consumers in the event that a class action lawsuit takes place.

I don’t have a dog in the fight since my bronco showed up a couple weeks ago after a 1/18 blend date. I would just say you’re very close in relation to where you started and cancelling an order only benefits the dealership and the future owner. Ford, couldn’t care less since they’re in the business of selling cars to dealerships and that will happen whether you buy it or someone else does.
But, after 4 months of being subjected to the elements the only issues I found on mine was a 1/4” (or so) scratch on the rear quarter panel close to the rear window, which I touched up with a $30 bottle of race red touch up paint from ford accessories, and the corner of my WT black grill was sticking out by the hood…..I pushed it in and it snapped into place.
Now, there were some swirl marks where it was washed at the dealership, or some other location, but other than that it was no worse for wear.
It’s everything I imagined and I’m glad I didn’t give up. Good luck either way.

1/17 Fam - Its with a heavy heart that I have to announce that my Bronco has arrived.

She showed up last Friday (same day as @Firefight911 - train buddies) and I picked her up a few hours after arrival.

The team at Corning Ford was phenomenal and the whole experience was quick and painless (however, I came very prepared).

I've already completed several mods - wheels/tires, @JcrOffroad door pockets, Archetype gear, Baja Designs lights, etc. I've been busy. Lots left to do - bumper(s), winch, ARB compressor, etc. This is my snow vehicle for getting to my cabin in the winter so I have a little bit of time.

For what it’s with, every morning when I see useless tweets from @mrlevine I respond back with a comment asking about my Bronco. Also including @TheSaidDeep @jimfarley98 and now @MikeMartinez_AN (although he’s probably bought and paid for by Ford).

Tag all tweets with the hashtags #DirtMountainBronco and #BuiltWild and #Ford in an effort to tie their social media efforts to the debacle with our Broncos.

Will it work? Highly unlikely, but it will make me feel better.

Just checked my Twitter and noticed a number of tweets with the #DirtMountainBronco hashtag. Keep up the good work, 1/17'ers.

I also recommend the following:
When possible add CMO @suzydeering in the tweet. She's more senior than [B]@mrlevine[/B] (basically an intern) @thesaideep and @mtruby (who is VP of comms and probably Levine's boss's boss.

Also suggest adding #BroncoRaptor hashtag as I see execs getting on the hype train for Raptors, so let's tie the Raptor to the Dirt Mountain fiasco. Wouldn't hurt to add #BuiltFordTough into the posts as well, as well as tying #BuiltWild into this.

Keep the pressure up! Make them regret stranding our #DirtMountainBronco Broncos.

In reality, will it help? Probably not, but venting our spleen on Twitter is probably as good for us as hitting refresh on the order track app ten times a day.
