@Ford Motor Company how do you guys lurk this thread enough to chime in like that and not make a single statement regarding any of our legitimate concerns?

I thought the FTC complaint would be baseless myself but I've had a number of people tell me otherwise and finally decided to weigh in. It's important that we speak up as consumers in the event that a class action lawsuit takes place.

I tried to keep it succinct and I tried not to be presumptuous. I laid out the fact that I put $100 down on a reservation day one July 2020. I was number 17 out of 70 allocations at the dealership. I covered the timeline from expectations laid out at the dealership when I ordered in January 2021...
