I can’t even begin to understand how that would happen. All of these other issues and inequities, I can understand (not like, just understand). It makes sense for Ford to devote chips to the broncos on the line vs our ice mountain casualties…….but to outright wrongly send a shipped notification and then say oh my bad…that’s wrong. I’ve not heard that happening to anyone yet. Sucks

I think it's time to step away again for a bit. I'm current on Ford chat and she's telling me I'm still on micro chip hold at MAP.

Her: "I appreciate your patience, I show an estimated date for the Micro chip to be 5/15/2022-5/21/2022, at this time."
Me: " Does that mean that's when they expect the chip hold to be lifted from my order? "
Her: " That is correct. This date pertains to the Micro Chip."

Three months on chip hold is a bit much while all these others get built and shipped within a week. I'll get excited for this bronco again when I get the call from my dealer and see it in person. Until then, I'll finish finals this week and enjoy Good luck everyone. Thanks for the support over these last few months.

ive been on transit for 2 weeks and you're still going to get your bronco before I am and I ain't on chip hold no more. They expect me to have my bronco by may 24

Here's a little input if any one is curious.
I was emailed from ford that I was shipped on April 16th.
Here is what I tracked from the rail:

ARRIVED: AVON INDIANA APRIL 20,
SCHEDULED FOR : ROSE LAKE ILLINOIS AT APRIL 24, 7AM
ARRIVED: ST. LOUIS MISSOURI AT APRIL 22 4:33 AM
ARRIVED: NORTH PLAT WEST NEBRASKA APRIL 25 12:19PM
DEPARTED: KIMBALL NEBRASKA APRIL 27 9:10AM

The Bronc is half way home to Los Angeles CA

however, it then decided to take a day trip to AL and delay me two days!

If it comes back racist, or has “welcome y’all” on the start up screen, I’ll lose my sheet.

They were like you know what this bronco made it too fast to Jacksonville let's take it to Alabama to delay it a bit and raise the BP of the future owner of this vehicle sweet home Alabama is going to be the song playing when you turn on the radio

Grandmas do ROCK! How many of us are grabbing a Bronco and riding off with the Grandkids? ME!!!! I actually bought them their own Bronco Kid Trax to run the streets in from Target!

My dealer doesn’t

Mine was convoyed from MAP to Central Ohio. It took about 18 hours once the status changed to picked.

im in columbus but still “in production “ but my EDD is still 4-28 to 5-4 per my dealer. So I’m hoping I’m just not being updated in the tracker as some as said. (But I know better in my heart)

Yeah that’s why I’m researching 4Runners and Silverados

heck yeah! at least the 4runner:
a)exists as more than vaporware
b)comes in lime rush, lunar rock, and army green which are better than all bronco colors and
c) is sorted out reliability-wise

Mine was on Ice Mountain and while it looked a little rough coming off the truck, my dealer made sure to check all the fluids and detail the interior. Mine had 23 miles on it when I picked it up, so it was moved quite a lot at MAP.

Oh wow, mine had 23 miles on it too. I wonder which module was the hold up?

And who told you , that you were still on chip hold ? Ford chat or this number 800-334-4375. That is the bronco line. They know more than ford chat. It probably has shipped but their system doesn't update at all it seems. There have been people in this group who said they have picked up their bronco and still didn't have a shipped checkmark on the tracker

Are you using the OrderTrack App? That is most up to date with shipping info and will give you information on it being paired/picked/in transit.

It lagged behind by a little but not by much. The dealer will also get a pre-delivery list of any vehicle that are arriving via convoy with their VIN# so if you havent, you might want to start bugging the piss out of your sales rep.

just my two cents, but CSX has me in AL, and the order track app still has ‘ASN.’ I think it’s hit or miss.
