Anyone go from Production to Built in the last week or two?

Or better yet, has anyone taken deliver of their Bronco while the tracker was still in Production?

Just looking for any glimmer of hope. I'm still showing Production.

Its coming to the point I don't know if I even want a vehicle that was sitting 3-4 months out in the weather and not being moved or started. At least if it was on a dealer lot they would be moving it around from time to time.

i was told they are moving them around. heard we may have more miles than a typical new car for that reason. also, read maybe a few pages back! someone said that a lot of us will probably be getting our broncos while still “in production”! my dealer said he’s gotten some that just randomly showed up with no notice. i don’t wanna get my hopes up either, but i’m really hoping our entire build week will have our broncos by the end of may!

So with my Bronco being in-state at the rail station, the back door link is doing daily EDD updates it seems. Yesterday it said 4/26-5/2. Obviously I didn’t get it yesterday so today it says 4/27-5/3. Also, I totally got faked out by United Road today. Got a delivery confirmation sent to my email but it was for 3 other vehicles (no broncos) that were dropped at the dealership, from a different location even. I guess the one positive is that they delivered at 6:10 AM local time so maybe there’s a chance of same-day pickup when it eventually arrives.

Mine was on Ice Mountain and while it looked a little rough coming off the truck, my dealer made sure to check all the fluids and detail the interior. Mine had 23 miles on it when I picked it up, so it was moved quite a lot at MAP.

My dealer doesn’t know squat. I’ll reach out to him today and he’ll just say “yeah, that’s what I see in the system, May 4-8”.

Zero help.

That's all mine says too. Then he said, he'd let me know when things change or it's on its way. I met Mr Truck driver who brings them to the dealership here. He will tell me before my sales dude does. He was actually trying to get it released to his truck last week! LOL

There are a couple of us in the same boat. Need to get from MAP to OH, probably a 3 hour drive tops, and they can’t get us on a convoy for a month now.

Total shit show, and I was absolutely expecting this.

My status is identical to his and our Broncos are also coming to the same area.

I thought it was impossible for Ford to sink any lower in my eyes but they manage to find new ways to surprise me.

They are charging their customers $1,595 for shipping. They probably have pricing with an overwhelmed carrier that moves these for, like, $200 and even though that carrier has a huge backlog, Ford won't budge on shipping them on the open market because they want to pocket as much of the destination charge difference as possible. If they would spend a few hundred more, they could easily get these Bronco's picked up and delivered today and still pocket a huge profit off of what was charged for shipping. Unfortunately for their customers, Ford only cares about themselves.

In the interest of full transparency, I think @Ford needs to re-write the text on this announcement.

Instead of saying "This step could take a few days to a week" they should just be honest and say "This step could take hella long. We honestly don't really know how long it'll take. Could take days, could take weeks, could take months. Your guess is as good as ours."

I can’t get my VIN to work on the United site.. I chatted with Ford and they say ETA is May 2nd but that just happens to be the last day of my window.. my bronco is in Chicago, but I try tracking with CSX and it says no status.. I tried the “CN” thing and nothing worked.. can’t figure out how to track it anymore Yes I checked page 1

Just got off the phone with @Ford Motor Company and asked about an update on my chip hold. The rep, while very nice, said that she would expect my EDD of 5/8-5/14 to be pushed back since I’m still on chip hold in MI. But, good news, most chip holds haven’t been going beyond 5 months! June 20, will be my 5 month date. Thanks @Ford Motor Company!! *sarcasm*

I turned 60 back in January. Funny thing is my Bronco's original build week was my birthday week, and I was thinking how cool it would have been if my Bronco was born on my birthday.

Little did I know that the shit show was about to start...

This is the first bit of honesty i've ever heard of from them. The rep is correct. we'll get ours in june or july, most likely july.
