This is my window sticker. I’m still completely confused about the “25/201” business but I’m hoping you’re onto something. I hope it’s a good type of weird thing.
At this time, no changes in any of the trackers/shortcuts for me.

The 25/201 means that you were scheduled to be the 25th vehicle out of 201 on 5/19 produced. The more important number is the rotation number which is 5049 for you. You are likely around 700 vehicles away from being produced which should happen tomorrow. I was scheduled for 4/15 and was 186/490 or so on that day but more importantly rotation 4120 and got my mods to pop today. You are close!!!

The rotation number is at the top of the sticker next to blend. That number is the order in which MAP is sequencing the builds. On the spreadsheet it has a column for rotation number.
320220421 BLEND 7254, sorry didn't realize it was different numbers. i think i already added it on the spread sheet but ill go back and double check

I'm trying to learn about these numbers, but if my rotation is 5588, and my Build Order 122/1090 ... build date of 4/18 ... can someone explain what this means?

Thanks

Best thing is to read this ...
https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/thre...ed-emails-delivery-date-estimates-more.24987/

that will get you started. Enter your information in the build week spreadsheet. At this point the most important number is 5588. You are probably about 800 or so vehicles from being produced.

Awesome. That's a great read -- thank you.

Can you explain how you know I'm 800 or so from being produced?

EDIT: and correction, my "Blend Date" was 04/20.
We watch when the modules pop alive on builds. That way you know a bronco is complete or nearing complete of production. The last one to pop was rotation 4470. That means when that popped you were 1118 away from completion. Since 4470 popped a few hours ago I just figure you were about 800-900 away from your build. Each shift produces 500-600 per shift (this is from a relative from the 3/28 group who works at MAP). Accordingly, you should see yours built and modules pop tomorrow if all goes well.

the 500-600 includes Rangers as well. Both are built on the same assembly line.

I updated ours in the spreadsheet. 5832 rotation, 4/20/2022 blend, 363/1090. Hoping to see our modules pop tomorrow. Being sent by Rail.

I'm still counting on you being right behind me by 25!
I’m looking forward to good news for us - could tomorrow be the day? They’re already at at least 4511. I also saw we both have the Lux and are going to end up relatively close by. Hopefully we don’t see any chip constraints or rail issues. I’m just ready to see some solid proof mine even exists, then the real patience starts!

if they are trying to build 1000+ per day then I would assume 2 shifts.
Yes, two shifts per day. 6am-2:30 then 6pm-2:30. From my limited experience, mods pop about 3 hours into the shift and keep going for a few hours after the shift.
