I have yet to receive my bronco ,and I have read so many posts of custom parts orders and installed on your new rides.
As a fabricator and a tinkerer I can't leave my stuff stock.
I have some parts bought and ready to install , but the thing what I really want is to start to do is build new parts just for the Bronco.
I did see a post about a front license plate mount for the modular bumper and I haven't been able to locate it again.
I would love to see what you builders are up to . I wish to see more of the DIY stuff not how deep your wallet is .

I am planning on building some real rock sliders that mount to the frame soon.

This is what I did for the font license plate on my modular bumper – $18 all in.

I'm with you on this, but seems like there are very few fabricators here compared to the other "hardcore" 4wd forums I've been a part of in the past.

I love DIY stuff.

I did a high lift jack mount in the roll bar.

Re drilled and changed mount of rear coilover mounts for lift and articulation.

Disassembled coilovers and shaved the too-long bump stops.

Almost finished with U-14 half cab conversion.

Custom 1.5" diff drop.

Shaved the crash bars.

A real tailgate is next!

Made up my own mud flaps, cost only $18.00 . The cost of a large enough tote to cut up.

I'll offer you $2.00 for your old "used" stencil. That'll bring the project cost down to $16.00!

I work at a welding/fab shop and these are nothing more than ideas at this point (don't have my Bronco yet), but am planning on making my own license plate bracket(done once before), a door stand with casters or possibly a wall mount, rear tailgate reinforcements, relocation brackets for the pod lights, stuff like that.

If it doesn't need to be within tolerances less than 1/16th of an inch I'll give it a shot myself first.

Hobby-grade welders and plasma cutters are decently priced these days. (Well, actually they were prior to COVID era, haven't checked lately.) With a bit of practice or maybe take a class, you can make some rocker guards, bumpers, and other neat stuff. Typically more fun with an older 4x4, where you might care less about grinding/welding on it. But still, the Bronco should be fun as a canvas.
