I’ll be towing my trailer with the Wildtrack and I couldn’t find very much referring to the install process of the Trailer Brake Controller. I made a step by step video showing exactly how it’s done hopefully it’s helpful 🤙🏻

Couple reason while driving and pulling a trailer reaching done low by the knees like they’ve been in the past has proven as little distracting and having it right under your hands natural resting position to adjust break controller while driving is safer and more convenient. Also ford and redarc both have the kit engineered to go on center stack

I think this is the third installation video I’ve seen, but I like your other videos, so if I ever need help installing the trailer brake controller, I’m gonna look this one up.

And be careful talking about a wildtrak. Your just asking for a bunch of responses about how it isn’t safe to drive in dirt without a sway bar disconnect, and how you can‘t off-road without vinyl seats and rubber floors.

Step bit is the name you're looking for.

I was going to ask why you choose the Redarc over the Ford controller, but being sponsored sounds like a solid reason. Looks like it's cheaper too.

This is the Ford offered controller offered through Ford Performance 😉

Well how about that. So the privilege of buying it directly from ford is worth $50-100 huh?

I can’t tell your being sarcastic or not via text but I’d does not have to be purchased through Ford. You can buy the controller and the required harness from literally 1000s of places online. That why I included the part numbers in video 🤘🏻

I was. $280-330 from Ford, or $220 from Amazon.

Hey, weren’t you supposed to post some comments about towing with your temporary Bronco? Wasn’t the Outer Banks you were campaigning for a while a 2.3? I’m curious as to how it towed, or did the WT arrive before that happened? The only thing I caught was your quick quip (or was it a gripe?) about fuel economy towards the beginning of your KOH video. I have a 2.7 BD ordered, but I’m Everglades curious, so an honest 2.3 tow review would be awesome.

No problem 😉 thanks for watching!
I am curious, did you order the tow pkg?
My Bronco does not have the tow pkg, but I found the connection on the driver's side. Also where would that show up in the back of the Bronco?
