I'm only running the Mangoal front 4k camera; FYI the Fitcam is the same camera; Mangoal and Fitcam are identical products under two different names. For the rear camera, check out Fred's Garage on Youtube. He has a very good tutorial on installing the rear camera - mounting it to the roll bar instead of the window or spare tire. If it's mounted to the roll bar you can still remove the top on your Bronco and not lose the camera.

Watched the video - that’s a pretty constructed view if you mount the camera to the roll bar. I also have young kids that will likely mess with it when crawling around the car. I would really like to mount the rear camera on the 3rd break light outside the car. Waiting to hear from Fitcam on how I can get a waterproof rear camera.

My setup is a BlackVue DR770X 2-ch. I've got a T-Mobile hotspot that is only $10 a month for 2GB of high speed then unlimited low-speed after that data is used up, and that allows for remote notifications and remote live view and playback of files. Auto event upload when in parking mode as well. So if I have to park my bronco in the city or something I can rest easy knowing that I'm not coming back to any surprises, and I can find out if it gets hit or broken into remotely.

How did you get a waterproof rear camera for the fitcam? I’ve been looking to see if I can order a model from them with a waterproof rear view camera and I don’t see one available.
I contacted them. Very nice customer service and asked them if they had an option for an outside rear waterproof camera. They then sent me one and I returned the other in a prepaid packaged. I mounted the camera right under my spare tire carrier. it Is protected and not visible.

I just installed a Mangoal front only version with a circular polarizer to minimize glare.

There were a couple of small connection glitches but I got it working.

I only have two complaints so far.

First is the three (3) minute recording limit in the software. I would be nice to have custom setting option so it could be used as a trail camera.

Second is O.P. cost me money. 🫣

If you want to use it as a trail cam you can just dump all of the videos in editing software and it will output one longer video. I use Adobe Premiere Pro but I am sure there is a free one that will put the clips together.

Thanks, I’ll have to check my photo software to see if it can handle video like that.

Do you have power issues when not driving it for a few days? I'm considering adding the Blackvue battery pack as my camera puts the Bronco into sleep mode if parked for more than 2 days.

I only have issues if it sits for more than 4-5 days, but now I just hook up a battery maintainer every night. I have it hardwired to my battery posts (negative hooked up after the BCM so that the BCM can detect that it's being charged). I'm using the Everstart Maxx 4amp waterproof charger. https://www.walmart.com/ip/BATTERY-CHARGER/16678867721

I've also considered getting the battery from blackvue but for the cost of the charger being under $40, I just can't justify the way higher price of the battery myself. Been using the charger all winter so far with no issues and the vehicle hasn't gone into power save mode at all. Plus I have a block heater so I plug them both in at the same time. :)

It fits and integrates so well and looks so clean, you'd think it came from the factory.
I installed mine a few weeks ago.. Very happy with it so far, and no problems with it.
The only thing its missing/I dont like, is a button to permanently save the last minute or two of video for those times when something happens in front of you that you want to show everyone.
