I wanna talk to you about that hoist system you've got set up. That's exactly what we need for the 2 Door. The rear cab is too unwieldy for me to move by myself. A hoisting hand is a helping hand.

That “was” a Thule roof box lift system. I replaced the center square aluminum shaft with a longer steel one from Home Depot so I could make the list points wide enough for stability, and replaced the old rope with new higher strength rope and added strong carabiners and hoops.

So for day 2 I did the following.

Added all my personal gear and stuff to the interior.

Added Baja Design ditch lights.

Removed the sticker badge and relocated to the tailgate.

Added hood struts and removed the prop bar.

Installed the Roush axle back and Rigid ditch lights. LOVE this exhaust… exceeded my expectations! Totally sounds like an RS. Both in cabin and at the rear bumper. Here are some pics and an audio clip from my phone camera

Had my new running boards and hitch receiver/wiring harness installed.

Got my factory Sasquatch wheels powder coated metallic silver (and beauty rings) getting the tires remounted and balanced now. Can't wait to get them mounted on the Bronco!

What model of rigid lights are those?

Right? So caught up in the exhaust lol... they are the Rigid 4" 360 series. Love the Ford Performance covers with our VB paint!

Installed the Roush exhaust on my 2.3 MT. Sounds great. Not too loud...good low tone. Increase in hp was noticeable (only got up to 3rd gear in the neighborhood). Didn’t have an issue with the interior noise either. Also installed the Curt trailer hitch since I knew the bumper was coming off.

My comments/lessons:
- Did everything by myself other than put the bumper back on
- Removing the old muffler and bumper was very manageable by myself while laying on the ground underneath
- Invest in the rubber hanger pliers. ~$20
- Definitely grease the hanger before trying to remove the old muffler
- I don’t have sensors but still had to disconnect a wire on the driver side (license plate light)
- Did not have to remove spare tire or open the rear door
- All in, it easily took less than 2 hours (took my time)

I tried to post a video but it was too large so apologies. If someone is interested, please explain how to best do it and I will try a different way.

ROUSH exhaust is my fav mod so far. I am coming from an RS.
