They are beneficial for a full size truck, but the Bronco is smaller in size.
They're beneficial for vehicles that don't have clear visibility or have a design that isn't conducive to maneuvering through tight spaces. Size is only one factor.

If any of the tech packages have issues out on the road, they won’t leave you stranded. It will just be a minor inconvenience, until you get it fixed. Most of these tech items have been around for years and are pretty reliable. I drive a 4runner and would not mind some more tech. But even the standard broncos have more.

I also do not have any interest in the tech packages. All that jazz just sounds like a recipe for electrical gremlins when I decide to change / cut off / replace something down the road.

I’m interested in a Badlands 4D, 2.7, Sasquatch (for gearing), modular painted hardtop w/ sound deadening, pull out tailgate, and maybe the ditch lights.

If things get really fun I’ll have the dealer install a Fox Coilover lift & 37’s but I don’t know if that’s feasible.
Interestingly enough, on the Gen 1 Raptor you can literally cut the back-half of the truck off and link it and other than a few dash lights for ABS, the truck does not care at all. But, if you get water in the third brake-light it throws all sorts of codes and can go into limp mode. Similar with the Gen 2 Raptors. Can literally cut it in half and it still runs just fine. The biggest “annoyance“ is the rear parking sensors when you remove them the truck reminds you with a yellow caution warning each time you go into reverse. Plenty of guys run mid-travel setups on their Raptors and have no issues with electrical things like cruise, power steering, ABS, etc...

Then again, if you want just a trail rig and not really a daily driver, the less options the better and spend that money on mods instead.

How does that work. Is it only when on reverse mode?
I have a front camera stays on until over 10 mph. I have side view can see both at once or if I turn right, right side camera comes on. Blinker turns it off. There worth it

This sucks for me because I don't have that upgrade options on BD

Mine will be a daily driver. However, I just err on the side of reliability when it comes to tech. I own a base 2005 Tacoma with almost 200k miles on it.

Yup, exactly. I hope to avoid an much of the parking sensors, front lane assist / automation jibber jabber as possible. I’m sure it’s all good tech I just don’t care for it. I haven’t had a Ford since 1993 so yeah, things have changed.

After seeing how well the BL preformed, without the Sasquatch, on the Rubicon and in Moab I think that’s what I’ll go with. High package and 33s

I have a base model toyota tacoma. I can speak for experience with the lack of sensors and stuff.

No, I don’t think it’s needed. I liked how the stock BLs performed and looked in the videos. I won’t be doing anything near that complicated so I’m fine leaving it off and saving some money.
