I just received an email from IAG concerning the ez lift kit i had bought. Anyone who has purchased a kit from them prior to 3/18 of this year will receive new replacement brackets to solve the problem of the paint rubbing on the roll bar, when soft top is in complete down position. Email states no further action necessary. They will start mailing out the new brackets next week.

We got the email also. We support businesses who do this. We had an issue with our bracket and sent a similar email out. It's what you do. Sometimes mistakes happen during manufacturing. Owning up to them and taking care of them proves a company stands behind their product.

We had this issue on our truck, got some paint damage but it is what it is. They'll make it right which is important.

For those who haven't purchased the IAG struts to receive this email. This is the best example of ownership, customer service, communication and resolution I've seen in my life. Major credit to @IAG Performance for how they're handling this. Earned my business for life.
