Dealer says my bronco has been produced had a blend date of 3-1 modules are up Ford pass has a button to activate it dealer says he sees an eta of 3-6 - 3-12 but still shows as in production on Ford tracker? Anyone else with a similar situation? Also Ford chat says my primary status is in production but my secondary status is produced

Mine was in production for quite awhile but my dealer has told me it had been built. It was like that for over a week with my tracker still on production but today it moved to built as of 3/6

Mine has been in production since 2-24 but didn’t show a date until 3-2 hopefully it’s shows built today!

I can't seem to get into the tracker at all today...hoping that means it's updating! was still stuck in production last I checked. Fingers crossed!

EDIT: No such luck...still stuck in production

Going on rail as far as Mass then truck the rest of the way to Maine.

Dealership got back in touch with me today with an update and said my Bronco is on the rail car but it has not left yet but the expected delivery is around the 21st.

Just checked the rail status and my bronco made it to Wentzville Mo. just outside St. Louis. It’s at a Norfolk Southern Automotive distribution center.

So hopefully it will get on a truck in the next few days. It’s only 3 hours away from where I live. It’s getting so close

Can you pls post again the steps for tracking the rail cars?

I do know that my Bronco is being transported by Burlington Northern & Santa Fe Railroad but Ford has been unable to get me a rail car # yet.

Once I get the rail car # how do i track it?

Just got a call from the Dealer. Its here! (Shipped via Convoy) I can pick it up tomorrow!

here are the directions
But they all start out on CSX so once they have it in their system they will follow it all the way.

So, how do you track your truck on a railcar?

First and most important. Never talk to live personnel at the railroad! Only use automated phone system. If it attempts to transfer you to a live person please hang up. The railcar information we are provided by is given as a courtesy and if we call live personnel we may lose the access and ability to track.

CSX
1. Call the CSX 1-800-235-2352
2. When prompted for location or weight, press "1" on your phone for location.
3. When prompted for the car initials, say CN (or whatever initials you have) then wait for the next prompt.
4. When prompted for the car number, say 907048 (or whatever your number is)
5. When prompted for next car say DONE.
6. That's it; enjoy your updated status report.

Union Pacific
1. Call UP at 1 800 877-5123 1 800 877-5123
2. Follow phone prompts for Trace
3. Say the railcar number complete and clearly. Example CN123456 all together
4. Listen for your update

NS Norfolk Southern
1. Call 800-635-5768
2. Press 2.
3. Press 2.
4. Enter the letters on the numeric keypad then press #. As in: TTGX will be 8849
5. Enter the numbers then press #. It wasn't taking my voice prompts but typing worked.
