Ok thanks for the head upDealer had been tracking it. They had me come in last week and complete contracts and payment expected it to be in this week or early next.
They didn't specify that they were doing the fixes in the field, I just meant as they fixed the Broncos from Ice Mountain. I think the assumption is they are doing them on the line, but it seems this takes a more specialized skill set. Think about a production line. Each person has their own job. Your job maybe installing the door panels and mine may be installing the seats. Neither of us would know how to disassemble the dashboard to install a chip. I think that is what she was referring to, but I am speculating of course. The person I spoke to was not involved in the production side and couldn't really provide many specifics on that piece. The more important point is they have heard us and are working on communicating better. Hopefully they follow thru with it. Honestly a phone call to tell me to go pound sand would be more than what we have gotten so far.I'm not sure I would buy all of those excuses, as I do not believe that someone is installing any "microchip" in the field. I'm pretty sure that they have to move them back to the main building to complete the installation and run the final QC and readiness test before declaring them as "build". One of the members post a "baby picture" with a snowy vehicle in the background.
"The squeaky wheel gets the oil". Let's see the response to your email will do any actions or you get your vehicle in May first.
At least you may provide feedback and visibility from Ford clients and the B6G forum to Ford Executive/Mid management.
Thank you for that.
Yep That's Me...Good ole 62/11391139 lot numbers seem to be stuck (from tracker data)...I'm counting only three deliveries!!

I wouldn't mistake anything that has been done for a promise.Maybe We'll start seeing something soon. Like someone else said, At least we are another day closer to that 90 Day promise!
Oh man! My dealer is north of you and south of wentzville! Hoping today is the day it arrives! Hope we are on the verge of no more wondering! Love poplar bluff! It’s been a while but I remember some Beautiful hiking!I'm down in Poplar Bluff, about 2 hours south of STL. I ordered through Lutesville Ford in Marble Hill. Small town dealership but sell a lot of vehicles. They've always been fair to us and my whole family. Between all of us we probably buy 2-3 vehicles from them a year. I have heard great things about Laura Ford though.
Crazy about 10 minutes after I posted that i decided to try the freight tracking site one more time just to see and it now shows its headed to my dealer. Called the dealer and they said it could be there today but more than likely tomorrow or Monday. So progress is being made fingers crossed yours is loaded up with mine on its way! Mine left out of Wentzville as well.
Yeah a lot of the baby pics people were receiving had wet and even some ice/snow on the Broncos. Seems like they're brining them back in, but who knows. They didn't specify that they were doing the fixes in the field, I just meant as they fixed the Broncos from Ice Mountain.
