So has anyone got a build status this week ? Like it's Wednesday already lol I think last week we had at least one person get a built status ... I guess it really can get worse ☠

I am just really excited for you guys that are getting them in. I am just trying to distract myself. Looking at parts that i want to get and rims. trying to just get occupied. I mean the bright side might just being able to make one trip to the shop and come back with alot of upgrades at once.
Lol speaking of that- Mine has a date with 4 wheel parts for all the upgrades tomorrow

I can't get the pizza tracker to work. It did once yesterday and that was last night. Maybe too many are accessing it all at once.

someone might have already said this but maybe Ford changing the "delivered" bubble to "final preparation" bubble means they will start shipping the trucks to dealers to wait there for the missing module?
that makes more sense to me in the first place because we could at least get the transport process done while waiting

You think that being the last built means your last in line? Ha! Your thinking is far too logical for the situation.

What really matters is the color of your build. MAP employees are attracted to bright colors! You ordered Race Red, right? What's that? You say you ordered Carbon Gray?

Oh. Oh noooooooooo......
You laugh, but my Cyber Orange 2 door Basequatch was one of the early escapees from Ice Mountain. :sneaky:

That actually makes a lot of sense.

That totally makes sense to me. At least our trucks will be local so once the modules are installed they're immediately available for delivery.

But why couldn't Ford just communicate that to us if that's the case versus us trying to decipher all of this code on our own. Then more times than not, being let down... 😕

I placed a second order for a 2 door Base, Eruption Green, 7 speed manual, Mod. bumper, Aux. switches, floor coverings, cargo protector. Thinking about buying a Bronco Sport Base, trading my F150 SCREW and using BS until my 2 door order comes in. Will give the "Baby" Bronco to my wife when my 2 door arrives. I am absolutely aghast at what Ford did to certain build weeks, including ours (1/17). Fact is our Broncos may be delivered tomorrow or in June, July, August.....

That is nothing but wishful thinking, and it makes zero sense. Ford is not going to pay to transport a vehicle to a dealership, then pay to ship the module, and have it installed by the dealer. As I said in a post above, you may get your Bronco tomorrow or 6 months from now...Don't believe me, ask the guys with EDD's from 2021.

I actually think it makes a lot of sense, but you wouldn’t ship the modules separately…..package the chip(s) in an ESD proof anti-static bag and put it in the glovebox. The certified Ford mechanic can install it when it arrives at the dealership. In fact, it makes waaaay too much sense, so it’ll never happen. But it should.

I just did the same thing today. Ordered a 4 door Basesquatch 2.7 aux switches mod bumper brush guard block heater and keyless entry pad. Salesman is hopeful it will be scheduled tomorrow, it’s likely I will get this one before my 2 door shows up.

If you think of delivered in the world of product. It means that it's been passed to the customer. With this being a product, final prep makes more sense.
