I have a customer service rep assigned to me.. both the dealership and my rep have been great, but my frustration is with Ford at a higher level on their lack of supply chain planning.. pandemic or not. And no one can tell me otherwise that there isn't a level of prevention they could have done...

Update on my faulty turbo enroute home from the dealership.. It's looking like at least 5/30 before the final part BECOMES AVAILABLE, no guarantee it is allotted to the dealership.. the same for the other they hope BECOMES AVAILABLE on the 5/17 I'll be lucky if I get it back within a 6 week...

Thanks. It was an awful feeling... unbelievably excited to pick it up and drive home.. only to be stuck on the side of the highway waiting for Ford Roadside Assistance a short time thereafter.

It had 91km's on it when I picked it up.. then I was another 100km's into my trip back home before it happened.

Finally hit "Paired" status on the Order Track and shipping info has fully populated in Palapp. My Bronco was shipped from MAP via rail to a railyard, then is now awaiting to be picked up via truck for final delivery... the railyard is only 50 miles away and I'm preparing myself for another...

"shipped" status. I was "built" back on 4/2

Ford Customer Service just gave me an EDD of 4/23.. previous EDD was 5/21

Finally received "built" on the tracker on 4/2 Blend 1/24 and Production 1/26 How long after "built" are folks seeing the movement to "shipped" ?
