Who else is losing hope?

Historically on Tuesdays before a Thursday scheduling (when they have done it in the past who knows anymore) Ford looks in the system at all of its dealers orders and previews ones that they think they can schedule to build. A preview doesn't guarantee a schedule that week, but it is the only indicator your dealer can give you that you might get picked that Thursday

How do I know if my order is previewing?

I would just be happy to know why ford is building away broncos when thousands are on ice mountain. obviously parts are available for our vehicles.

I read it was to keep the line going and staff employed.

2013 with 150k and this transmission crapping the bed was my first problem. Overall not bad? Transmission should last longer really but... Still on my original windshield even. No clue how that worked out.

Back in the 70's I ordered a car. After 6 months I got lip service from the Dealer...order in blah...blah...blah. After a year I went in with my Dad. After some research.....a screw up was found and it was never processed. Today is not that but it sure feels the same. I never did get that 70's vehicle. I have too much invested already in accessories to drop my Bronco order. All I can say is I am very disappointed in how Ford has handled this (broken promises, adding allocations as a factor, changing the allocation formula for 22). 2 doors are getting screwed. Seems like early reservation holders are too.

I'm a late 2 door reservation at a not-so-large dealer, so I know what that means. I placed an order for a 392 last week and I'm buying whichever arrives first. It's such a shame because I've been drooling over the Bronco for as long as the next guy.

My salesman told me 5-7 months very conservatively which I can accept because it's better than having an indefinite timetable. I ordered it without Jeep's version of the sasquatch package so I'm hoping mine arrives sooner... Jeep's also having some delays on orders with the Xtreme Recon package.

Yeah, I am starting to loose the fever for a Bronco. Thinking about going back to a 70 or 80 series Land Cruiser which is what I was after when I the Bronco launched back in July 2020.
