The VIN provided returns that it's being held at the plant as of February 15th

ahh ok. My Bronco disappeared from the dealer's tracker last month right during its ETA window and the dealer had no idea. Luckily I noticed the day it happened and contacted the GSM. They were able to track it down by getting a Ford rep involved. It had been damaged from transport and was sent to a different Ford dealer to get fixed. My dealer immediately requested that it was sent to them so that they could inspect it and fix it.

This is what happens when you put a customer facing front-end on a back-end system that was never designed for customers to see. Your Bronco was a corner case that they probably decided wasn't worth the code to handle properly.

Sorry for the delayed response, but I believe your delayed theory is accurate as the delay I am seeing looks appropriately delayed for the delay of delayed statements that are now waiting to be delayed.
