just lamenting the fact that if I want to give him the vehicle at graduation I may have to take the jk. No way of knowing if the bronco will be ready.

Or just get the Wrangler now, can always trade in when the Bronco shows up and actually compare them then too. A bit more paperworks, but you should be able to do this without loss at the moment.
