Lol it cracks me up some of you are like November/December blend dates and expecting to receive your bronco in like a couple weeks. Idk if I somehow had some mystery combination of selections for my build, although all of them were constraints, but I STILL haven’t taken delivery on a 6/28 blend bronco that was originally showing shipped back in mid January. This has been the worst experience dealing with ordering something ever and Ford can go kick rocks with their customer service. I’ve reached out to @Ford Motor Company and @mrlevine multiple times and gotten nowhere on it. Not that any of it matters but I wouldn’t expect anything until your vehicle shows up on the dealers lot.

I’m fairly certain that I’ve got one of, if not the longest non-delivered bronco orders in existence. Not sure if @CO-Bronco has anyone else from dirt mountain that we’re June blends that aren’t still delivered.

The sad thing is many of them will get their Broncos before you or I (9/3 blend here). I think you're right though, you have to have the oldest non-delivered Bronco on Bronco6G.

It's a shame what Ford is putting their customer through. Especially since it could be fixed with just a tiny bit of effort. Problem is they either don't care or are extremely incompetent, both result in unhappy customers.

What if y'all were among the Broncos that shipped without the tracker updating and your dealer sold it? Have any old blend dates ran their VIN through Carfax? That would suck, but if I was getting zero communication for that long I would think it's a possibility.

Yes it's possible but not likely. I talk to my salesman regularly and he forwards me emails he is sending to Ford trying to figure out where my Bronco is. I've also opened at least 5 cases with the Bronco reservation team (which they close within 24hrs with no info - don't waste your time) and surely they would have realized the Bronco was actually shipped.

This thought has crossed my mind several times though as the Bronco seriously seems to be lost. I often wonder if they crashed it at MAP and no one wants to tell the dealer.

So I have a pretty decent relationship with the dealer and been in contact with him. He's mentioned bronco's coming in but just not mine. I also called into their marketing team last week and they said it was on a train car, but idk what to believe.

Damn, that sucks! At least they are working to make it right.

My problem is I can't get any answers from anyone. I've tweeted Ford, Levine, & Farley numerous times. I've called the Bronco Reservation Team repeatedly. I bug my dealer constantly. Still no answers.

@CO-Bronco Whelp, you can take me off the dirt mountain and the ice mountain list. Just got a call from my dealer that it was delivered and they're cleaning it up now. Going to pick it up this afternoon.
Were you aware that it had been shipped? Pizza tracker accurate? Or a total surprise?

Yeah definitely lol. It's different coming from a full-size pickup to something that's "smaller" but a bit more of a fun vehicle. Plus we got like 5-6" of snow yesterday so good times were had in the first day.
