Anyone get 220000 Fordpass points email? [RESOLVED]

Hey , thanks for all the replies , I haven't had a chance to read them all yet. Here's a screenshot of part of my email ,I have been trying to get points since July 7 2021

I think you get the points after you pay for the Bronco. Did you already purchase yours?

As they are supposed to. For some reason a handful of people think ford owes them the points before they've actually paid for their vehicle.

You can get up to 262,000 points like I did, but that doesn’t mean you’re eligible for all of them.

Most people will only get 42,000 for the purchase and 20,000 for the reservation. And like others have said, you actually have to purchase a bronco before any points are given.

That was my understanding from the email I received back in March. It stated that since the other top options would be available in MY22 the points would only be available for MY21. However, since then we've had numerous delays and people expecting delivery in 2021 to get the news that they would now be pushed to 2022. Furthermore, that the MOD tops will not be available until 2023. That being the case, why not extend the 220,000 points to 2022 orders as well?

We have A 2021 model delivery of July 21 we have ordered another bronco and I was going to use points on purchase

Like I said, *IF* you are eligible. I guarantee it says that on the email somewhere. The 20k points you already received were for the reservation.

The other 200k points were only for select Bronco order holders impacted by the black painted modular hard top and dual top roof delay.

If you are owed the 200k extra points for the top, then you need to contact your dealer.

Thats interesting I never had anything but a mic top ordered, but my email says an additional 220000 points does mention top only early reservation ,and my patience. And never an email saying any different.

If you only had a mic top ordered, then you’ve already received all the points you’re eligible for.

Very disappointed in Ford got email last spring saying getting 220000 points , for Early reservations and being patient, still haven't had points added to account, wasted numerous hours and a lot of frustration so far

Call Ford they can walk your salesperson through the process on how to get your points.

Yes. How many times are we going to go over this? Like I said, I’m sure the email says something in fine print about the 220000 points are only for eligible orders, which yours is not.

The information regarding how many points you will receive is posted all over the internet and even on Ford’s website under the FAQ’s section.

It would not be the first time emails went out in error. From the opposite side, I had to forgo something special on my order to get my 200,000 points, you did not give up anything from your original order (other than presumably having your original MIC swapped out post -delivery)

My hunch is that if you had acted when you got the email you would have received the points, but waiting, they figured out you really were not eligible?

And, from my reading of rewards, they can only be used for accessories and/or service - you cannot apply them to another vehicle purchase


But, if you think you deserve the points then go into the dealer, as everyone has said, if you are eligible they can easily add them. If you are not eligible then they will be unable to add.

Dealer told me I can use points for vehicle purchase. I tried to get points added the day we paid for and picked up bronco , dealer couldn't get them to load been a battle ever since.
