When was the last time you asked your dealer to look up your status in his Vehicle Visibility system? If he sees, "in transit", you may very well be on a rail some where.
I asked him last week and he said it showed "in transit". He has been telling me that since 1/10. But my tracker has not changed from "in production".

Picked it up yesterday! Now the shopping starts! First item on the list, some rock sliders so my better 1/2 can get in easier.

For those of us lucky enough to have had a delivery, has anybody played much with a apple car play?

I got my wireless car play set up easy enough....what I'm trying to figure out is NOT having whatever is on my phone always come through the system.

For example, if I'm listening Sirius/XM and say, for example, pull up a quick YouTube video on my phone (never while driving....of COURSE).....I don't really want that video to override whatever I'm listening to on the radio...

Not sure how to configure this.....
Apple Carplay always takes priority once connected to any system. It will always automatically send all audio over to the connected source like a Bluetooth speaker. Only way to avoid that situation is not having the iphone connected to the vehicle.

I am averaging 18.8 after putting 300 miles on it. 2.7.

I just saw a screen shot of the manual posted yesterday that said 91 and above is recommended/preferred but 87+ is still safe to use. Now I have to find that.

Edit, this is what the manual recommends.

I am averaging 16.6, I wonder if I run 93 for a couple of tanks will I bump up to 18mph and would it be worth the extra money.

Idk. Im not sure what octane the dealer put in, but I'm assuming it would have been 87 since it's cheaper but I've been averaging in the 18s since that original tank of gas. So not sure?

Im non sasquatch though so that's probably a big component.

Well, we aren't picking up the Bronco tonight. 13 year old pup injured herself and has to go to the vet. Rescheduled the pickup for Wednesday evening after work.
The doggo is doing much better. Pulled a muscle in her back. She has meds and is taking it easy. Only about 6 hours from picking up the Bronco.

i have their app on my PHONE
Almost seemed like he meant an app on the ford system
Got it. And I apologize if I sounded patronizing at all, I just re-read my post and that was not my intention.

I've never used CarPlay, maybe there's a setting on the phone to automatically download device-specific versions of apps similar to how the Apple Watch works. If I have it enabled, any app that I download to my phone will automatically download the watch-specific version to my watch.

I don’t have it very bad so it’s more annoying than anything else. My salesman, on the other hand, is going on 3 weeks and still has bad complications

Oh no. Glad you are doing well, hope your salesman feels better soon. It's so weird how it effects everyone so differently. My elderly grandparents just got over It and did well thank God!
