That is a gorgeous Bronco- congratulations!!

One thing though (and I’m hoping it’s just the light); in the first picture, please tell me the turn signals are both the same color. I wouldn’t put anything past Ford to miss something at this point.
haha it’s just a terrible picture on my part… as far as I could tell.nothing looked out of place yesterday but I will double check again today when I venture outside 😂

The LED lights flicker rapidly- faster than our eyes can see, but cameras pick it up. It was just a photo taken at an odd flicker.

So I drove all over Raleigh yesterday with my best friend going to various places and doing some nice varied driving from curvy back roads, to highway, to city, etc. Great break in day for the Bronco. I love this thing more and more each time I drive it. I am completely smitten.

I had test driven two previously, and even after shorter drives in mine - I still didn't get as complete a feel of it's driving style until yesterday after putting on almost 200 varied miles on it over a few hours. The 2.7 & 10 speed are just flawless together. It is so smooth and effortless. I am being quite conservative with throttle input during break-in and it still has no issues accelerating. My friend even commented as I passed someone on a two lane on-ramp that was merging into one lane, that even with very mild throttle input - going UP a hill, with hardly any RPM change, it just moves so effortlessly. She was actually surprised (and she is not a gear-head like myself). The way it handles/drive is absolutely perfect.

My friend gets car-sick very easily. My van never bothered her but unfortunately the Stingers do (her husband has one as well). If she is in the front seat in most cars she is fine but even in the Stinger, something about the luxury-sport suspension just hits her hard. The Bronco didn't bother her. One of Raleigh's bumpy crappy highways, when it was windy, started to make her feel it slightly (if we were on it long term it may have bothered her eventually) but the rest of the day was perfectly fine. So If you have family that gets car-sick it doesn't seem to be a trigger too terribly. I also notice the rear seats seem to sit higher than other cars which would probably help rear seat passengers as well. I remember a post on here some time last year where someone was complaining the soft top triggered their or their spouse's motion sickness.

The soft top has that slight wind drone but I am totally okay with it. Honestly as a mom with kids I think it's perfect. It has even made my older kid pass out! it's like a soft white noise for them. They keep falling asleep in it! The bronco is the best! Hahaha
It's so funny you say that about the soft top being white noise and your older kiddo passing out! I hadn't considered that however last night we drove to the dealership (about 45 mins) to pick up my floor mats (they didn't come in with my bronco) and both kids were passed out before we got there. The older one almost never sleeps in the car anymore!

We were finally able to pick ours up on Friday. The kids didn't know it had come in so we surprised them at school pickup Friday afternoon.

Dealer was great to work with (Ted Russell Ford). This thing is a blast to drive. Picked it up with 11 miles on the odometer and have put about 90 miles on it since then. Only negative I can think of is the wind noise.

Also, the attention is pretty fun. We got gas for the first time a few days ago and a car pulled up and was super excited and asked if it was HPR...got really excited because that's what they have ordered. Several people stopped and pointed.

Caught someone on the highway yesterday taking a photo of it.

The hubs stole it and took it to base today, lol.

This thing is great!

It's so funny! My 4 year old fell asleep on the way home from picking up groceries. He almost never falls asleep in the car anymore (not even on the 3 hour drive to visit my parent's)... then yesterday when my 9 year old fell asleep I knew for sure it had to be the Bronco lulling them to sleep! LOL

The bronco has magical powers 😂
Will it put a 15 year old girl and twin 13 year old boys to sleep so they don’t fight even in the shortest of trips 🤔 Now that would be a miracle and I will spout the magical powers of the almighty Bronco!

Okay I have a question for our more detail knowledgeable peeps.

Pressure washers - how good/bad are they to use on paint? I've used it before on cars that I cared less about (carefully still) but I dont want to make any mistakes with the Bronco. It needs to be cleaned, as I got it dirty from the dealer. Im going to bring it back for the detailing & coating this week, but I still want to do wash #1.

I have an electric pressure washer. 2000 psi. It does have a 40 degree car-nozzle. It also has a soap dispenser & soap nozzle as well that I haven't tried yet. I normally use the turbo nozzle for my driveway/walkway, and the next one down on the siding of my house. But I still am not sure if it's the best to use on cars. Thoughts/opinions?

As OCD as I am with my bronco, I am twice so with my viper.never a car wash, xpel, ceramic, etc. I have a power washer I use with the car sitting it’s almost a mist/spray and is totally fine. If you really want to enjoy your wash get a soap cannon. Best way to protect the paint form scratches with washing and they are cheap
