Communication sounds simple in concept but it’s nearly impossible to pull of in practice since there are likely multiple complex issues affecting several categories (start date, trim, options, etc) of Bronco builds differently. If Ford attempted to communicate the different scenarios everyone receiving said communication would interpret it differently creating way more problems than it solved. Communicating to each individual order holder, based on their unique situation, would be nearly impossible and even if they were able to do this the communication would be misinterpreted by the majority of the recipients, again creating more confusion than it resolved.

The last two off Dirt Mountain we actually pooled money together and bought some small batch bourbon as a consolation prizes, so this rings very true

@CO-Bronco - Not sure if this has been discussed, Could get get a package level detail on this tracker? I am curious if this is impacting Lux more then Mid, etc. (The theory being more chips more problems)

The tracker has metrics to differentiate Lux from the other trims, but if I could go back and do it again I think I would have broken it out into all individual levels.

Seeing as we are 350+ Broncos added so far it may be too late to initiate this change.

It's probably too late to add now due to the large number of people who have already entered their data, but I would be very curious to see if there is a prevailing package level associated with the delay also. For instance are a large number of these the "Lux Package" due to a missing chip associated with the ACC, or 12 inch screen, etc.

We actually do have that very metric!

Mine was built 7/15 and released on 10/6, then delivered 11/4.

So this is how Ford came up with the 3 month ice mountain delay estimate..

I could be mistaken, but I think there are still a few that haven't gotten delivered...going on 6/7 months now.

The longest Bronco to be imprisoned on Dirt Mountain was @Blaven for a whopping 186 Days (over 1/2 a year just sitting there...)

He will always be considered King of the Mountain.

12/21 Update - No Bronco's released today unfortunately.

For those wondering about package levels, the original form did ask Yes/No for the Lux package. The data collected thus far doesn't really support it a package issue, in my opinion. Nor do I see any strong correlations to any of the other options we are tracking or trim levels.

Less than 50% of the Ice Mountain residents ordered the Lux package...see below.



And of the 31 released so far, about one third of them were Lux packages.

Thus far I've only partnered with individuals for T-Shirt and Stickers/Patches as shipping from where I live (Canada) is unfortunately extremely cost prohibitive.

Perhaps its worth me looking into this again now that border restrictions between our two awesome countries have started to ease up, or if someone else wanted to tackle logistics I'm open to chat with them as well
