I assumed they want to make sure the ice melts and seats dry out in the warmer weather
The rats will be gone by that time as well...

Just watching those May dates slowly trickle down to my spot on the spreadsheet
If they are shut down through next week that may be a good thing if they get chips and jump on the ice mountain vehicles but who knows if they will have them by then.

An update for any Canadian customers (my 01/24/22 build week peeps @npm5150 @kellycourtney) -

As of this AM, the US Ford Vehicle Tracking site doesn't report on VINs allocated for Canada (it will now display a red, "This is not a US VIN, please visit Ford Canada Vehicle Tracking to track Canadian VINs" error).

Selecting the ford.ca redirect and filling out the equivalent form yields a HTTP 404 error and no results. :(

Unfortunately, we're completely in the dark right now re. being affected by the chip shortage.
Ugh no!!!! Yesterday I did manage to get into the tracker and it told me I was bumped until May 22nd. Tried to reach out to my dealer but just crickets. I guess we have to just wait and see with no help from the tracker 😭😭

My biggest concern now are the Broncos sitting outside for three months. Temp changes. Snow and ice on soft tops. Not being started or driven at all. I hope they have a plan to keep these in new condition.
I ordered another one same build. see which one gets delivered first and decides which to keep. Little leery of the one sitting in snow for 3 months.

Realistically it won’t be in snow for 3 months but not a bad idea. I reached out to my dealer also about another order just in case.

EDD bumped from 2/8 to 5/9... Dealer had told me to expect it this week! Now I'm crushed. Did they give the Dirtmountain people anything for their added wait? Like Ford points or anything?
Read the thread....not good. They waited months no updates...till it said shipped.

Hopefully they learned something from all of that. Tough to be at the finish line and have an Achilles, ACL and MCL go out right before the race was finished.

Good point. At least this way they stopped digging the hole.

Wondering the extent to which the 1/27 blends have gotten slipped. I have a 1/27 blend, rotation 7202, and I’m still holding at 3/6 EDD with dealer/customer service not seeing any chip hold notation. Guessing that’s because the slip wave hasn’t yet hit the 1/27 blends. Have most other 1/27s gotten slipped already?
I am a 1/28 blend and the wave hasn’t hit me yet. My mods popped Tuesday at like 10:30 PM. Waiting for the update pushing it back.

Same mine was built Tuesday of this week. I assuming we'll see ours pushed tomorrow.

That would be great!….. but if that’s the case I don’t think our built trucks would get a may edd :(

What's crazy is if you look at the Ice Mountain list. There are a few lucky souls who got theirs delivered among all the pushes since December. I am not sure what or how that was pulled off. So best of luck to you.

I'm wondering the same thing too. I'm a 1/28 blend 1326/2270 and 7752 in the rotation and I'm still holding strong with an EDD of 3/5. I'm wondering if they haven't updated because of the shutdown.

i finally got the push to 5/21 today. i was a 1/24 blend date and both my dealership and the ford bronco hotline said i was not on a chip hold, so it sounds like maybe it takes a while for it to work it's way through the system before we get pushed out. my tear tag still says DAA, no "activate" button on FordPass, no sync update, etc.

on a bright note, a couple more people in the 1/10 build week got their broncos, and one person actually found out that his is already in transit to his dealership even though his tracker still has a may EDD.
