Has anyone else been bumped?
I still can't check the tracking link. 6 devices I've tried on, sent links to friends, nothing. Backdoor just shows scheduled still.

It has to be the tow package.. it looks like alot of us purgatorians have it.
I don't have tow, I think my issue might be sync. It still shows as null.

Hey! Dealer texted me that my bronco was delivered on 1/26 and I picked up on 1/27. Super quick process! Love it!

4 hours battling for literally 3 different MSRPs , we finally brought him home. Guys the green is gorgeous the photos don’t do it justice. I unfortunately got a phone call today that my grandpa passed and I am on way out to see him. I’ll have more updates when I come home. It’s worth the wait — hang in there team.
Ohhh...i am so sorry for your loss. I bet your grandpa would have loved to see your new Bronco. Congratulations on your new Bronco.

Ford Bronco 🛠 1/3/22 Build Week Group 2F2DDE93-4EB9-4FED-A236-77A694F577C1

It finally happened!!! I picked up the bronc last night!!! Got the milk can cargo accessory, weather tech boots and cloth seats… I put’er in 4 low and kicked back for the trip home…

wait a minute… this isn’t the Bronc I was supposed to get… huh… it’s been so long… I’ve forgotten.

still in purgatory this morning…. “In production” 01/06…EDD pushed from 01/23 to 02/12… not a peep.

I did call Ford customer service a couple days ago and Karen says it must be “due to dealer allocation “ well, I’m starting to think Ford is playing both ends against each other.

As this partial “direct to customer “ model, Ford corp has to own it… as a customer my reservation was through ford, they forced me to a dealer to order, then want to update via pizza tracker and phone numbers then kinda blame the lack of delivery back to the dealer and their allocation…kind of feel they threw the dealership under the bus and leaves the customer (me) blowing in the wind.

A bit disappointed @Ford Motor Company… would love to work with you to make this better for those coming in behind me… you need to hear the voice of the customer… especially when you’re providing and we’re
purchasing such a high cost product.

I started out so excited for you, then realized the reality.
I too would love to know the real story behind all of this.

Thank you. It’s the strangest feeling being excited and heartbroken… guilty picking this up. My family is great and told me to not worry about it until I’m home. But it’s a bittersweet thing … I was planning on driving up for him to see it. :( he was excited I finally bought my first Ford!! 😂😂😂

It's okay to feel both feelings. I'm sure your grandpa would prefer you feel the happiness as you navigate your grief.

Well mine was 2/4 as well.. but was bumped last night to the 24th. Im pretty p.oed. esp because there is no reasoning behind it
My dealer said mine is on chip hold. I’m also still holding EDD 2/4. He said it would be released mid February 🤷

Here is a timeline of my Bronco build.
  • 8/3/2020 - Reserved an Outer Banks Bronco 4dr
  • 1/20/2021 - Went to my Ford dealer and built a Wildtrak 4dr instead of an Outer Banks and confirmed the order. I received the email confirmation of the Wildtrak order before I even left the dealership.
  • 2/7/2021 - I saw on my Ford account that my original Outerbanks reservation from 8/3/2020 was cancelled on 2/3/2021 (dealer does not know why) and I had a 2nd order for the Wildtrak with a new reservation/order number.
  • 2/8/2021 - I contacted my dealer about this chaos and his rep told him they were going to manually change the timestamp on my new order number to 8/3/2020. The dealer was told to cancel my 1/20/2021 Wildtrak order and submit a new order and I had to pay another $100 deposit, then the original 8/3/2020 reservation deposit would be refunded, which it has been.
  • 8/30/2021 - My Ford account shows an 8/14/2021 Wildtrak order and my dealer says the timestamp should be 8/3/2020 on this new order. I asked him to get me a screenshot to verify the 8/3/2020 timestamp is on the new order number and he said he would need to contact the Ford rep. No luck, they cannot produce anything that verifies the original reservation timestamp.
  • 10/19/21 - My dealer called and said I should change to a soft top to get my order built so we went ahead and did that, figured I would just get a hardtop later (I did not know getting a hardtop from Ford would cost me $7800 at the time, WTF) Then he changed my priority code to the highest it can be and also set his system to show I was the only 2021 Bronco order for his store. It is a small midwest dealership.
  • 10/28/21 - Email from Ford. Scheduled to be built the week of December 20, 2021
  • 11/13/22 - Received the Bronco banner from Ford.
  • 12/11/21 - Email from Ford. Vehicle is now re-scheduled to be built the week of January 3, 2022. Now I will be getting a 2022 Bronco.
  • 12/16/22 - Received the Bronco calendar from Ford.
  • 1/6/22 - Bronco shows it is "in production 1/6/2022" on the pizza tracker. Missed the opportunity to see the window sticker.
  • 1/10/22 - Pizza tracker says in production 1/6/2022 with an estimated delivery of 1/22/2022. My salesman says his system shows it has been produced and estimated delivery is 1/16-1/22. BCE modules list is super long with tear tag NDZ2. Palsapp has a freight bill # and status is pending. Window sticker is not available. SYNC system (null) is up to date. No emails from Ford.
  • 1/18/22 - Window sticker link started working and was able to get blend date, etc.
  • 1/26/22 - Pizza tracker shows estimated delivery is now 2/01/2022. No change in any other tracker, no emails from Ford.
  • 2/1/22 - Pizza tracker shows estimated delivery date moved again, now it is 2/11/2022. My SYNC system now has a version, (SYNC4 v4.0.21297). No change in any other tracker, no emails from Ford.
  • 2/3/22 - Pizza tracker shows still "1/6 in production" and the estimated delivery date moved to 3/3/2022! :( The date at the bottom of the window sticker updated to 2/3/2022. No change in any other tracker, no emails from Ford.........ICE MOUNTAIN...........................

EDD bumped again 1/30->2/7->2/11
(Built as of 1/9)

UPDATE: My salesman called a few minutes ago and said 4 Broncos were just delivered. Unfortunately, mine wasn't one of them, but he said these were also showing 2/11 EDD so getting ever so close...
