Okay, okay, I'll start with an email and see how that goes. I've already been bugging them enough with my frustration at the delivery time.

How close are you to the dealership? there at the end, every time I headed into town, I had to cruise by the dealership, ya know, just in case.

Nowhere near it. I moved my order to a small dealership 2 hours south of me. They've been great. I'm not worried about any shenanigans. Just overly excited to finally get it.

I made another dreaded call to CS. The first rep (Alyssa) gave me info, but didn't seem to know how to decipher it. I asked to speak with someone else and seemed to get better clarification with the other CS Rep.. She said that microchip issues are showing up in the records, but there are other things that do not. She made it clear that I do not have a microchip delay. My original EDD was 1-26 and that changed to 2-14. Last week, the Rep. said that my new EDD was 2-8 to 2-14. This Rep clarified that 2-8 is when it returns to blending (telling me it's waiting for a part) and it should be completed and shipped by 2-14. She did warn that the current EDD may change again, but it will coincide with my completion date. With this info, I'm gathering that anyone with an "In production" status, but the modules are alive should expect a later delivery than the EDD listed in the tracker, and the only EDD's to consider realistic is only after yours is "Built"

I hear ya. The frustration grows exponentially the closer you get to delivery. Hope you get good news.

My estimated delivery date jumped from 02/04 to 02/23. I wonder if that's how long they expect it to take to remove the snow?

At least it wasn't May like some others have seen.

I feel like there is a lot more disappointment to come. Seems like when ford has no clue, 2 days before the EDD the system just throws it out a few more weeks. Hopefully we get off ice mountain before the end of the month.

that's what i was told 3 weeks ago. I was showing edd of 1/27 to 2/2. They said the 1/27 was my new blend date. That date has come and gone, still showing in production, still showing 'Null' as my sync version number.

My Sync is active and "Up to date" I would call tomorrow and see what it's showing. Ask them if you're showing a chip issue on your record. I have a feeling that chips are the main reason for recent 2-3 month delays.

It pushed from 2/4 to 2/18 on Jan 24th I think, next day status went to shipped. Pizza tracker is down for me right now though so I can't see what its currently at.

Same here, last week took it from 2/4 to 2/18 and this morning shot up to 2/27. BUT, i did get my baby picture in the email about an hour ago. Ford taketh and Ford giveth, so i guess it was a break-even day
